駅からそこそこ近いのですが、人通りが少ないので少し不安になった。エントランスのセキュリティが弱いように感じた。鍵を預けるのだが、帰宅時は自分で鍵が取れてしまうので、他人でも部屋に入れてしまうのでは？と思った。スタッフは親切でエレベーターもあり、リーズナブルなのでお薦めできる。 |

スタッフの方の対応が良かった。いつも笑顔で、対応してくれてとても親切でした。 隣の部屋のトイレの流す音が聞こえてくるのが不快でした。 |

Everything about the hotel was nice except it was a bit hard to find. Breakfast was strictly continental. The hotel was not very easy to find although it is reasonably close to the train station |

The bathroom was ridiculously small. The shower even more so. Europe isn't known for decent size bathrooms or showers but honestly, less then a square meter to shower in is beyond ridiculous. |

Le confort et la tranquilité après de longues balades en villes et dans le Chianti à moto. La famille qui tient cette hotel est sympa. La vue de la chambre donnait sur une cours de 2m de large. |

l'hotel è molto vicino al centro storico, vicino a Santa Maria Novella, a pochi passi dal lungarno. staff molto gentile, disponibile. la camera era spaziosa e confortevole, i letti ampi ma il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli.... bagno pulito ma molto piccolo, quasi ad incastro. la colazione è molto carente: un cornetto a testa servito dalla cucina, il banco self-service presenta marmellatine, cornflakes, muesli, prosciutto e formaggio. niente yogurt, niente fette di torta, niente succhi di frutta!!! |
