Location was very good, wonderful staff and nothing was too much trouble Getting to it was not easy but I think that can be said of the whole of Florence at the moment with their roadworks |

Room was clean and very comfortable. Showers were hot although I was worried about all the water going on the floor. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling. |

Very friendly staff. Location is close to Rome Termini train station. The bathrooms are very, very small. Internet is much cheaper at nearby internet cafes. |
