Location Sea view Layout of the outdoor common space Towels smelled of urine Bathroom in room smelled and there were numerou spots of mold. Construction on property in the early mornings throughout the late afternoon. PAPER THIN walls, you could hear everything.

Beautiful views, open spacious. Easy walk to everywhere. Great place to explore. Noise carries between rooms with the tiled floors if you have noisy neighbours.

It is located a short walk away from the main port at Forio. Easy to find and has a great view of Vesuvius on a clear day. Nice sunbathing area right on the water. Since we did not intend on staying in the room much we opted for a cheaper room (around 50 Euro/night). This was a mistake. The room had no A/C, ceiling fan or screen on the door. The bed could have been filled with hay and been more comfortable.

Fantastic location, Good sized and comfortable room. Lovely views. Poor breakfast, poorly stocked bar but to be fair they were closing down for winter at the end of the week that we styaed.

the setting, views and cleanliness were exellent,plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas outstanding value for money .very close to being a perfect location. bar staff at best were unhelpful.warm beer and unwellcoming.breakfast very sparce and little choice would be happy to pay more for a better choice.

Excellent location, pool and jacuzzi. Double room small. No coffee making facilities. Bathroom minute. No privacy using toilet due to frosted glass paneled door. Shower very tired with green hard water stains. Towels, 2 main bath italian style ok, but small additional ones only muslin strips. 1 chair on balcony requested 2nd & table but not received, in short supply. Overall accom was grim. Stayed 1nt after 36hrs traveling. Very poor breakfast choices. Checked out that afternoon. The family of 4 friends who had booked a large room with kitchen couldn't even stay a night as 3 rooms they were shown had filthy kitchens and bathrooms so they found an alternative aparthotel. This situation would have ruined the planned shared holiday but as our accom was so poor we were pleased to join our friends in the alternative they found. Would advise booking.com to cease acting for Pagoda Hotel & Residence until the accommodation has had a full refurbishment.

Great location, 5 min away from the ferry arrival and shopping streets. Swimming pool and easy access to the sea. Excellent breakfast. Possibility to have a late check out (5pm) for a fee. You have to pay 5 euro for pool towel.

The outdoors scenery was beautiful. The room had no wifi, dirty sheets, shower flooded out, and over all it was cheap and uncomfortable. Only one pool and jacuzzi had cold water.

La struttura è molto bella, posizione ottimale per la vicinanza al porto ( l'hotel è raggiungibile a piedi in 1 minuto) e alla Riva Destra ricca di ristoranti e bar. Con lo scooter abbiamo raggiunto in pochi minuti anche la zona di Ischia Ponte anch'essa ideale per la vita notturna. L'hotel è posizionato direttamente sul mare ed è ideale sia per una vacanza relax sia per le coppie con bambini piccoli. Stanza pulita, colazione abbastanza abbondante e cibo discreto per le 2 cene di cui abbiamo usufruito.

mi è piaciuta molto la posizione...la tranquillita'...dicendo sempre pero' che è giugno...molto disponibili all'hotel..pulizia normale e stanze normali....vista mare bellissima e a due passi dal centro di ischia nulla.

Posizione perfetta praticamente a 200m dal porto, struttura molto bella specie la spiaggia privata. Buona anche la colazione, varia e abbondante a buffet. checkout troppo presto (10:00)

accoglienza cortese e premurosa. posizione fantastica con vista molto bella e suggestiva. buon livello di pulizia e comfort in camera. mezza pensione uin poco modesta con menù molto semplpice (sebbene "onesto" in qualità) e comunque non all'altezza del resto

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima per chi vuole visitare l'isola e non usufruire dei servizi dell'albergo. L'angolo piscina ed il solarium sono carini ma piccoli se la struttura è piena. La struttura è sicuramente da ristrutturare, le camere essenziali e con arredamento da cambiare. Non abbiamo mai mangiato al ristorante ma la cosa che ci ha lasciati perplessi è che a colazione ci hanno impedito di prendere due cappuccini e due caffè , o prendevamo l'uno o l'altro, il che mi sembra abbastanza assurdo. Inoltre la notte la reception è chiusa, il portone di entrata aperto il che' consente a chiunque di entrare senza alcun problema. L'unica persona gentile e disponibile è stato il ragazzo della reception. Io lo consiglierei solo per la posizione e per chi non ha nessuna intenzione di stare in camera ma di visitare l'isola

la posizione ...molto vicina al porto..ottima x ki non ha auto..l accoglienza...davver ottima...e poi che dire le immagini parlano da sole ...aver il mare sott l hotel e' davver una gran cosa..ci .sono stato con la mia ragazza e ci ritornerò... il condizionatore ke non funzionava bene in camera...e l acqua della doccia ke una volta era ghiacciata....due piccoli nei...ma x il resto sono davver molto soddisfatto...
