The wi-fi was a bit spotty, which made communication home a bit difficult (I was trying to Facetime family) as well a travel research. For some reason, the wi-fi was stronger during the day and more difficult to access at night. Also, it would be great if there was a bit more available for breakfast. I got to breakfast after 9 both days (it opened at 8:30), and supply was already a bit low.
The location of Pagoda was absolutely perfect. Very, very close to the port and to the bus station, and just a short walk to Via Roma, the main street in the port area, which is a lovely wander. The pool and beach areas were great - chairs were available, and it was nice to just chill out, listening to the sea or to the soft music at the pool. The views are also wonderful. You can see the bay of Naples, with all of it's islands, beautiful sunsets behind the west of the island, and my personal favorite - a view of Vesuvius from the pool and lounge areas. That was lovely. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Sara, in particular, was extremely helpful and friendly; I felt very taken care of. My room was also great. It was small, but all that I needed, really. Bed was comfortable, and the shower was actually really, really great (it's the little things that make travelers happy!).
