Hotel Pai  

El hotel esta ubicado en un entorno muy bonito con muy buenas vistas sobre el lago

Las instalaciones estan bastante descuidadas la habitacion necesita mejoras con urgencia y el baño es muy incomodo

El hotel se encuentra frente al lago de Garda, a pie de carretera, hay poca zona de aparcamiento cerca y lo mejor si se quiere ir a esté hotel es ir en coche ya que es uno de los muchos pueblecitos que existen a lo largo de la orilla del lago. Se puede cenar frente al hotel al otro lado de la carretera, en un muelle sobre el lago, es un lugar romantico y tranquilo. El salón de comidas y cenas del Restaurante tiene un encanto especial, la comida es buenisima. El hotel está limpio, la habitación no es muy amplia pero cómoda y el baño es antiguo.

Que estuviera a pie de carretera, por la cantidad de tráfico que pasa.

Esta muy bien ubicado en un lugar precioso con una terraza al lado del lago, si recorres a pie los alrededores te sorprendes por lo bonito q es siempre con vistas al lago. Es mejor ir en auto , tiene un servicio de bus en la puerta del hotel pero no pasa tan seguido y para ir a cualquier lugar es necesario un medio de transporte. En el hotel la comida es muy buena y el personal muy amable.

La ropa de cama era bastante usada, no estaba en buen estado y al hacernos la habitacion de un dia a otro no nos cambiaron las tohallas. No hablaban castellano y dificultaba un poco la comunicacion.

Having our evening meal right next to the lake watching the sun set was wonderful. Good choice of buffet for breakfast.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy

Location was idea, food and service after a long drive was all I asked for.

From the outside it looked run down and uninviting. Could do with repainting and made to look more attractive.

Very friendly and helpful staff, that was proactive in giving us recommendations on nice activities and beautiful trips. Excellent breakfast offer en great location, with a terrace right at the lake.

Most of the staff speak English very well, but the local waiters were not able to serve us properly.

Hotel parking insufficient: not enough place. Paper tableclothes not changed between two meals.

On the lake Garda itself. The location is great, you can go downstairs and in 3 seconds you're on the lake. They also have a restaurant near the lake, of the hotel. The location of the town is in the middle of the lake, so you can go south or north to anywhere you wish.

The location of the hotel is perfect, you just cross the street and you can enjoy best view of Garda Lake and the mountains.The lux room was nice and specious.Upper Pai is the most magnificent place if you would lik eto remember old Italian movies. The town Pai is just in between the busy tourist towns where you can enjoy some tumult. The food was very good!

For 5 days, the sheets were not changed, we had to ask for spare sheets and schampoo.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We received a very nicely decorated room, which had a partial view to the lake, but that had a balcony. We were, however, very kindly given the choice to move into a room that had a direct view over the lake but no balcony. Breakfast at this hotel was very very good, with plenty of quality ingredients to choose from, and you can also go outside on the lovely terrace right on the shore of the lake! On the day we left, we had to take the last bus from Riva di Garda back to Verona, and our luggage was still left at the hotel. The owners very kindly agreed to bring the luggage over to the bus stop (just in front of the hotel) a bit before the bus arrived there, which was really helpful for us as otherwise the driver would not have waited.

Friendly staff, nice restaurant, bar with sky tv, great view to lago di garda.

Bad showers - small and not that clean.
