The hotel was excellent but unfortunately we didn't have any transport and so it wasnt what we thought it would be, it says its 50 mtrs from the lake but despite our best efforts we couldn't access the lake . We loved the hotel but it is not in Desenzano but a l5euro taxi ride away and therefore we had to leave after two days. They transferred us to their sister hotel in Sirimione and it was also excellent. |

Great position for touring Lake Garda. Breakfast very good but no other restaurant facilities but plenty of places to eat within a 5 to 10 minute drive |

Very nice and helpfull hotel staff. Cleanliness of the rooms. Enjoyable gardens around the outside (not heated) swimming-pool. Car parking facilities. Perfect location, not far from the lakeside, from Desenzano downtown and from Sirmione. Easy access to the highway leading to Verona. Air conditioning was not working (for an obscur "seasonal" reason) and due to the traffic roar it was not possible to keep the window open before 11.00 pm and after 05.00 am. Access to the second swimming-pool (which was supposed to be heated) was closed. |

The facilities were excellent It would have been helpful if the courtesy bus could have done return trips,instead of just one-way,as public transport finished by 22.00,and one was required to get a taxi after this time.. |

The hotel was super comfortable and in a beautiful location. Loved the plasma TV! The phone in our room didn't work, so we couldn't call reception. We had a couple of problems with our internet and had to run down each time. |

location between sirmione and desenzano, swimming pool, terrace overseeing the lake, free parking , very helpful staff. internet too expensive (9 euros / day) , a little bit of noise coming from the road. |

The room was immaculately clean and we had a good sized balcony. The Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we asked for any advice or directions. The hotel did not have a restaurant - only served breakfast. We found this a bit strange as there were no restaurants within easy walking distance. No tea/coffee facilities in bedroom which would have been appreciated. |

Uitstekend ontbijt. Het zwembad. Een groot terras bij de kamer. De ondergrondse parking die met de lift bereikbaar is. De ligging van het hotel is enorm tegengevallen Je hebt zicht op het meer, maar je kan er niet bij. Voor vakantiegangers is het hotel alleen geschikt voor wie aan het zwembad wil liggen zonnen. Te voet is niets bereikbaar, noch het meer, noch de toeristische straatjes van Desenzano of Sirmione. Er is ook geen restaurant zodat je telkens de auto nodig hebt. |
