Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Breakfast was excellent. Proximity to Orio al Serio Airport. A bit difficult to get there at night without clear explanations. |

The hotel staff tried to give us a normal room, although we had ordered and were going to pay for a Suite. When we finnaly got the Suite it really surprised us in a negative way. It wasn't anything special at all. The hotel staff didn't speak English (at all). The location is pretty bad, considering that it's supposed to be a hotel that's close to the airport. Instead it's far away from everything. We do not recommend this hotel at all. English speaking staff. Please don't fool people by saying that the hotel is close to the Airport. It's far away from both Bergamo and the Airport. |

Recently built hotel located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The rooms with balcony are clean and rather spacious with a modern bathroom. Airconditioning werked perfectly. Good value for money. The neighbourhood is not very attractive. The atmosphere of the hotel is rather chilly, the staff is very discrete not to mention 'unvisible". Breakfast could have been more wide in choise. |

New hotel. Kids liked the bathtub. Near Orio al Serio airport. No working air conditioning, too hot in the apartment. The staff didn't/couldn't make anything for it, because "it's not season yet, air conditioning not working". We kept doors open in the night but dogs were barking outside and the cock was singing. In the daytime the kids were sweatting when taking naps... The balcony floor was not cleaned. |

Hotel Zingonia is a new and very nice high class hotel. We would have a little more varied breakfast. We didn´t like drinks made by juice and coffee automate. |

Très bel appartement deux pièces, grand et bien équipé. Excellente literie, très chouettes salles de bains. Très pratique avec deux enfants! Il n'y avait pas de resto ouvert le dimanche soir.... Mais il y en a de très bons dans le bourg à côté. |

Unsere Suite (Familien-Zimmer) im 6. Stock war sehr gross, mit 2 Badezimmern und grosser Terrasse. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Es eignet sich gut für Familien mit Kindern. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant kann man bis 22 Uhr abends noch essen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt, da wir spät angereist sind. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, wir können dieses Hotel sehr als Übernachtung während einer Reise empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb; in der Umgebung gibt es wenig Alternativen für die Freizeit. Deshalb sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen. |

El ático para 4 personas con cocina y mesa. Estabamos juntos pero a la vez independientes una pareja de otra separados por una puerta y cada uno con su aseo. La cocina creo que estaba sin estrenar, había cubiertos, servilletas,platos, vasos,.. pero no tenía nada para cocinar ni cazos ni sartenes. Se lo comentamos al chico de recepción. |

Tranquillità di posizione,comodità di parcheggio camera ampia Non è assolutamente un 4 stelle come loro fanno credere.La colazione è veramente minima e i salumi non erano freschi.Vale i 60 euro pagati ma non un soldo in più.Va bene per chi cerca un punto d'appoggio per lavoro.Senza pretese |
