Very clean. The Spa in Sunday open only from 10:00-14:00! Amazing.They sell on web site Comfort Room with the Spa access for 36 euro more, than Standart Room, but the Spa is closed and you can't used it! The Reception Manager promise to return your money, but in real way nobody return your money back! I want to ask you a question, If you know, that your Spa or other services are not exist in this day - you will sell it!? Hotel, that is manage on a normal way will answer - of course No. But, as I see, the management of the Palace Hotel Legnano are very happy to sell the services, that they can not supply to the customers. Congratulations! It's called - Scam!

The staff were very polite & friendly, including the people in the restaurant. Everybody was fantastic- they really know what 'service' means :-) Great design, everything is new & clean.. I can highly recommend this place The breakfast the first day was poor, but it was much much better the second day.

A new hotel so everything still in perfect condition. The wifi system was not functioning during my 3-day stay but the staff were eager to explain that the problem did not originate from the hotel but from the local communications provider.

il fatto che hanno accreditato sulla mia carta di credito il costo del soggiorno, cosa che non doveva accadere, in quanto il costo andava pagato in loco e non all'avvenuta prenotazione. spero abbiate una risposta a tale circostanza. grazie.

Gentile lo staff, posizione comoda vicino a malpensa e vicino all'autostrada, struttura moderna e confortevole, la zona relax non ho avuto modo di visitarla poichè il mio soggiorno è stato breve. In conclusione una buona scelta per chi deve soggiornare in zona legnano- busto arsizio per affari o per l'aeroporto di malpensa. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo per il mio caso dato che su booking era in offerta per il week-end a 80 euro a stanza, immagino che durante la settimana sia più caro.

La chambre : parfaitement rénovée ! Le petit déjeuner est bien. Les ratés du Front-Office : 1. chambre pas prète à 14h30 ! 2. on m'a attribué une chambre déjà occupée !!! 3. lobby très impersonnel ! 4. la suite qui ne mérite pas son nom ni le supplément.
