La disponibilita' del personale e la silenziosita' delle camere. Per essere un quattro stelle pretenderei le camere tinteggiate le tv funzionanti e i prodotti da bagno decisamente migliori. Se parliamo della colazione scarsa sia come qualita' che quantita' potrebbe andare bene per un 2 stelle. Pulizia in generale migliorabile.
