The staff was very helpful, we were only in Parma for one night but they recommended restaurants etc. The room was very comfortable, will return, but maybe stay a bit longer next time... |

Within walking distance from the final venue. Efficient booking into the hotel. Breakfast starting at 7.00. That is often too late for those having to do business or have to travel. |

The standard of comfort and service in the hotel was excellent. The location was perfect for the train - only a few minutes walk. The staff knocking the door and coming in without waiting. |

Colazione abbondante e di buona qualita'...posizione comoda...stanze ampie e con molti accessori (dalle pantolfole da bagno, alla bilancia, a un buon assortimento di prodotti da bagno), prezzo accessibile. Arredamento pesante non di mio gusto e un po' datato e la cosa peggiore e' stata che una delle due stanze prenotate puzzava di fumo evidentemente impregnato nella moquette (anche se la pulizia era soddisfacente)...parcheggio un po' caro (15 euro a notte), |
