The lobby was spacious with plenty of seating & corners for meeting people. Depressing general atmosphere due to dated decor & lack of upkeep. Front desk staff unwelcoming & bordering on rude.

The hotel was very convient for us as one of our party was part of a conference at the university. The f ornt desk helped us in several ways with directions, renting a car and places to go for dinner. One of the waiters was especially kind in giving us ideas of where to go in the surrounding area for day trips. The resturant had very good food and was easy when we were too tired to go anywhere else.

-No free Internet in a 4 star hotel!! - Staff from the front desk where very rude - Front desk didn't know of any car rental in the city... I found 8! Poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel - Can't regulate air conditioner individualy - It's not a Palace and it can't be a 4 star hotel... Baybe it's a 3 star hotel... Max!

the rooms were large despite the fact that the Maria Luiga advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, there is no way it is more than two, the hotel is old and falling apart, the free breakfast was awful, the rooms felt dirty, etc.

Ristorante di alta qualità ed arredamento saloni Camera inizialmente non preparata per due persone (mancanza asciugamani ..) - Frigobar senza lista di promemoria - Riassetto delle camere molto ritardato (al rientro alle 12 non era stato toccato niente) - Forse per Capodanno il personale era ridotto.

Sa situation geographique Hotel tres vieux !! les photots ne coresponde pas a la realitee!!!!! Nous avion reserver une chambre superieure, ont a du reclaner pour changer de chambre, et avoir une bonne!!!!! Le resto pas genial!!

Het was er niet koud en het was netjes De hotelkamer heeft geen goede warmte regeling. Het was er om te sterven warm op de kamer en enkel met een open raam uit de houden 's nachts. Het hotel biedt een bijzonder karig ontbijt (voor een 4 sterren hotel) met enkel gezoete croissants en cake met een keus kaas en drie keuzen suf vlees beleg waarbij alles extra - vanaf een gekookt eitje - moest worden bijbetaald. Drankjes giga duur - 7 euro voor een flesje Italiaans bier

Competenza, disponibilità e cortesia del personale. Piacevole la colazione ed accogliente la camera (meriterebbe un rinnovo dei servizi ed insonorizzazione). Servizi igienici un po' datati. Camera troppo rumorosa per tutta la notte, sia per l'impianto di climatizzazione che per le attività che si svolgevano vicino.

Buona la prima colazione e ottima la distanza dal centro Arredamento un po' datato e un po' usurato, ritiro spazzatura proprio sotto le finestre alle 6 di mattino. Il bagno non è confortevole.

Por un precio de 95€ noche con desayuno te toca el primer piso al lado del ascensor, por tanto tienes ruido toda la noche. La calefaccion es central y para la temperatura que hacía fuera, hacía mucho calor y no podías regular

La ubicación en la pub. hablaban de TV internacional, y la verdad es que es igual de mala la oferta tv que otros hoteles. Cuando uno usa el hotel por motivos de trabajo necesita servicios como internet, tv internacional con cadenas en idiomas por lo menos de los paises mas cercanos, enchufes para cargar el movil, etc, cosas que este hotel no tiene en cuenta. Ademas está descuidada la moqueta de la habitación, es ruidosa,..... y lo peor es que contraté para dos periodos y tengo que volver, pero esta bien ubicado . Saludos

Aardig personeel, de patio waar je nog tot laat een drankje kan drinken en dat er een bar is in het hotel die tot laat open is. Er stond 1 juffrouw achter de receptie die bij alles wat je vroeg zuchtte en zelf vroeg of 'dit echt nodig was'. Niet erg klantvriendelijk.
