Francesco and his staff are excellent hosts! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. I can't say enough about how gracious and unobtrusive their service was. We didn't realize what a great location the hotel was in until we started walking around the piazza. It's quite newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Minutes from old town, and right on the harbor - beautiful! Loved everything. |

Francesco and all the staff kindness and availibility. Location of the hotel. Possibility to park the car in front of the hotel. The building next to the hotel was very few meters from our window. It was not possible to keep it open. |

Ruime kamer, prima bed, goeie badkamer. Het hotel is heel moeilijk te vinden. Gebrekkige voorzieningen in badkamer, er was bv. geen zeep of douchemuts. Matig ontbijt. |

Situé à proximité du centre historique et au coeur du quartier actif de Vieste en soirée ; restaurants, gellateria, café avec terrasse. En voiture facilité pour arriver/repartir se parquer. Personnel attentif. Et les Viennoiseries du matin, quelle émotion Etre réveillé par les chaises et fauteuils qui grincent sur le carrelage des (autres) chambres. |

Hôtel bien situé proche du centre ville. Bien rénové Hôtel relativement bruyant (bruits de la rue). Personnel aimable mais gestion globale de l'hôtel un peu légère (check out intempestif au bout de deux jours alors que la réservation était de quatre jours; petit déjeuner pas prêt à l'heure). |

L'hotel è arredato in maniera elegante. L'hotel non dispone di spazi comuni all'aperto. Colazione servita nel seminterrato. La nostra camera era piccolissima, con un armadio simile ad una nicchia, scarico doccia non funzionante, affaccio su di un condominio praticamente attaccato alla finestra, impossibile anche il solo aprire le tende per mancanza di privacy nei confronti degli inquilini del palazzo di fronte.. Per 250 euro a notte non mi aspettavo certo un panorama del genere! Vista terrazzino\cucina su di un'abitazione privata! Scioccante!! L'arredamento e le rifiniture molto curati non possono bastare a sopperire a queste grosse carenze. |

albergo nuovo di zecca dove non hanno lesinato a spendere nell'arredarlo, sopratutto il bagno. tutto lo staff gentilissimo e dispnibilissimo unica cosa simpatica che mi hanno fatto notare altri soggiornatori tramite booking e che mancano in bagno il porta saponette e il porta spazzolino. hahahhaa |

La cortesia dello staff, la pulizia, il livello generale dell'albergo recentissimamamente ristrutturato,la dimensione della camera pur avendo scelto la più economica, la posizione comodissima in centro a Vieste e a due passi dal mare. Mancano ancora alcune finiture, ad esempio portasapone e portaspazzolino, non sono riusciti a fornirci una seconda coperta, per fortuna avevo un plaid in auto; il riscaldamento non era attivabile. Piccoli inconvenienti di inizio stagione che saranno certamente risolti in brevissimo tempo. Gradirei Internet WiFi nelle camere. |
