Location was excellent. The staff was wonderful. We will certainly be back. The hotel was near everything, while being quiet and relaxing. What a find!

blue, red and other lights on the door that were visible at night from the bed and created an impression I was in an airplane. Breakfast was very basic

Palace Bonvecchiatti was amazing ...it was more than we expected..and was really comfortable .The rooms were fantastic and luxurious!Iy.It is a fantastic Hotel in a super location.Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Location is excellent.

Breakfast was quite poor for the star rating (and the price of the room), and it was served on the Hotel Bonvecchiati's side, which feels like a lower quality hotel. One morning we had a long queue to even get to the breakfast room, which you don't expect in a hotel of this standard and price. We didn't try the dinner at the hotel after the poor reviews (and after seeing the facilities at breakfast). Luckily there are some very good restaurants nearby and booking a table was not a problem as it was not a high season in April. We couldn't use the spa facilities as children were not allowed there.. Bathroom looked very nice but wasn't very practical as it was impossible to shower without getting the whole room wet.

There should have been literature in reception on what to do whilst in Venice. There was no mention on booking that free spa facilities were restricted to half an hour per activity. Gym was too hot and needed air con. Breakfast food / cutlery often ran out and had to wait some time for replenishment

We loved our stay at PB! The location is amazing between St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The hotel was modern, beautiful, and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Our only complaint was the noise on the canal, starting at 4 am! Don't expect to sleep much if you stay on the canal.

Great location in between Rialto bridge and San Marco. Good breakfast, brand new modern and spacious rooms. Can get a water taxi direct from airport to hotel door (highly recommended experience but expensive at euro 120 for the trip).

Location close to piazza San Marco. Stylish clean hotel with modern interior design and nice rooms with amenities. Staff professional and good service and friendly. Breakfast was reasonable.

Spa was available but no privacy and needs appointment. More fresh variety of brown bread for breakfast would be nice. To order drinks or food a bit pricey. Tiramisu cost 15 euro. But that is Venice

Couldn't be better. Very well located. Away from the crowds but close to Piazza San Marco and many good restaurants. Quiet street, luxury rooms, very new furniture, amazing bathroom, doesn't smell like mold. Friendly staff and a good restaurant.

Central location and with spa facilities. Gym had a beautiful view of the Venice rooftops. Hotel was better than expectations

The spa was indicated as free on the website but upon arrival I was told that I needed to book and only one spa facility was free. If I wanted to use the other 2, there was a charge. I booked the jacuzzi assuming I would have it to myself and someone else was in it when I arrived and never got out.

The room ! We had a room designed for disabled people. I guess, very practical for disabled, but not for valids. Climatisation, TV were not working.

The staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable. The room was for 3 but we were 4, and they upgraded us to a junior suite for a minimal fee and we really appreciated that. Definitely a hotel we would come back to.

The hotel is new, clean, well-kept, nicely designed,with a spacious room, good bathroom,proper amenities. The windows of the high quality modern wooden frame, protect vs.the noise from the street.

The WiFi pricing is confusing: they sell internet by hours of connection. Such a model is good for an airport, but doesn't fit for the modern traveler, who has 5 gadgets,each of which needs all-time link. also an air-conditioning in the room *Sanyo* is very confusing

-The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had problems with my ipad and the guy at the reception actually took the time to try and help and then gave me directions to an internet cafe that I could go to for trouble shooting, I appreciated this -I was hesitent to take the water bus from Rialto to the train station because I did not walk to drag my luggage all the way there and had asked the lady to call me a water taxi but she was nice enough to tell me that the taxi would most likely park at Rialto because the water level is high in the canal and I would have to walk, so its better for me to pay 7 euro for the water bus instead of taking an taxi for 80 euros! -The room was very comfortable and quiet. I had asked for a quiet room and was very happy to get one that actually was -The location was excellent -The room decor was pretty modern, clean and nice (I was visiting from Dubai, and generally find hotels in Europe dissapointing compared to standards that we are used to in Dubai) - Although wifi was not free, it was still cheap and I appreciated that. Its a necessity these days but I still dont like paying upto 20 euros per day for it. The 20 hr package was pretty decent.

-There was a drilling noise from construction work in the lobby all night long. I could not sleep at all. This was pretty upsetting. -When I walked in the lobby seemed shabby, I then ate at the resturnant and felt the same, and was thinking my room too would be shabby, except it was quite nice. I think the common areas should be as nice as the rooms, the lobby does not give the correct impression of the quality of the hotel -Turn down service did not put water in the room -I would expect wifi to be complimentary for the amount I paid -I am muslim. I did not like the breakfast selection. There was no brown bread either. -It was nice that there were umbrellas that we could use, except they were really big. Walking with them in the tight alley ways of Venice was especially difficult. We need smaller ones!!
