Great location, great hotel in terms of rooms and breakfast. Very close to St Marks and all of the other places to see and things to do. Yes, don;t ask for a Canal View Room as all of the barges deliver goods from 5.30am as well as taking away rubbish. The noise is unbelievable and once they start it goes on for hours. The beds are also very uncomfortable - way too hard. |

Nice , but ovepriced. One would expect free wi-fi in rooms at that price and in this day and age. Breakfast mediocre. |

The people at the reception were nice and helpful I was actually disappointed in this hotel. We chose it among a lot of other great 4 and 5 hotels in Venice, mostly because they were advertising strongly the fact that they have a spa center.Out of 3 days/ nights spent there, I was not able even ONCE to use any of these services!first you have to book the spa and jacuzzi, it is not self service, which means that each room is only allowed ot 30 minutes of 1 service per day. What's the point of spending 30 min in a jacuzzi or hammam? you usually need to make a rotation among these services to really enjoy this.Out of 3 days:1 day it was fully booked,1 day it was closed ( no spa center on sunday) and one day it was just NOT working!apart from that, nice hotel but not exceptional for a 4 star!! |

The staff and location were perfect. The room was very comfortable. To use the sauna and jacuzzi we had to pay. No need for this. Very disappointing. The breakfast is ok, but nothing special. |

The hotel was very well situated right in the in between St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. facilities in the room were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a breakfast box for us on our final morning when we had to leave early to catch the plane. |

Pleasant ambiance and the warm courteousness of all staff. The quality of rooms and services. On weekday mornings the early noise from rubbish collection from the adjacent jetty is exaggerated and annoying to rooms on the small canal side. |

Excellent hotel in a great location with a good sized room. Staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We paid 325 euro for 2 nights in November which was expensive so we were suprised to learn the pool and fitness facilities were only available at an extra cost. |

The Palace Bonvecchiati is a magnificent hotel situated in the heart of Venice, Europe's most roamntic city. The staff were outstandingly courteous, efficient and professional. The double room that we stayed in was absolutely superb - immaculately designed, tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience - a tranquil atmosphere, attentive and well-presented waitresses, and an excellent, wide-ranging menu. We have stayed in many, many hotels all over the world - this was the best by some way. No - the hotel scored straight tens across the board. |

this is a surprise during my trip in italy ( in a good way)..i think it's newly decorated- very clean & stylish.. close to the boat station & also abt 3 minutes walk to San Marco...good breakfast, big room & bed is very confortable. a bit noisy in the morning when the boat comes to take out the trash..( yeah if you have a canal view room you can actually see a pile of gabage bags..) |

Staff is really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was tasty and rather various, it was incl. in the room price (that’s not common in Italy). Gym has enough space and facilities. Perfect value for money! Sauna is open only from 15.00 to 20.00 and reservation is required. No WiFi in rooms (only wired). But definitely that couldn’t spoil our staying in the hotel! |
