Reseptionissa oli yksi erittäin ystävällinen hotellivirkailija, nimikyltissä taisi lukea Ugi A. Hänelle 10 pistettä. Hotellihuone oli 257 ja se oli mukava ja siisti kuten kaikki tilat hotellissa. Huonepalvelu oli hyvää. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava; lyhyt matka joka suuntaan. Valitettavasti ilmastointia ei voinut säätää. Aamiaiselle olisimme kaivanneet salaattia, kurkkua, tomaattia ja runsaskuituisempaa leipää. Ensimmäisenä aamuna aamiaistouhu tuntui turhan muodolliselta, onneksi muina aamuina lapset vähän saivat elämää aikaan. Olisi kiva valita pöytä itse. |

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, taso oli todella hyvä luokitukseen verrattuna ja aamiainen aivan ruhtinaallinen! Lisäksi vaimo piti siitä ja sain siitä pisteet! Ei valittamista missään suhteessa. |

Huone oli tilava, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Aamiainen oli loistava ja erikoisruokavaliot hyvin huomioitu. Kuntosali ja saunaosasto olivat ehdoton lisä muutenkin hyvään palveluun. Pieni harmi jäi ylimääräisestä baarikaapin käytön veloituksesta. |

Mahtava hotelli loistavalla paikalla. Huoneet melko hintavat, mutta myöskin hintansa arvoiset. Palvelu pelasi todella hyvin. Esim rikkinäinen hiustenkuivaaja tultiin vaihtamaan 5minuutissa! Siivouksen lisäksi huoneet valmisteltiin erikseen yötä varten; mm. pedattiin sängyt, suljettiin ikkunaluukut yms. Aamiaiselle olisimme toivoneet vihanneksia (kurkku, tomaattia...), mutta ilmeisesti niitä ei vain Italiassa käytetä. Samoin laajempaa leipävalikoimaa. Muuten ei mitään valittamista, aivan mahtava hotelli! |

The hotel room was just as shown in the picture. It was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient for St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. No it was very nice. |

Comfort and cleanliness of our room. Good breakfast included. Good location too. Sauna and Jacuzzi were great after a day of walking in the city. As most of the hotels in Venize, the price is a bit ridiculous ! |

The hotel location is excellent, the room is very comfortable, I would like to thank Daniel (Front Desk) for his patience and helpfulness, he certainly made our stay at Palace Bonvecchiati a very memorable one. I I will strongly recommend the hotel to all my friends who are visiting Venice. The breakfast spread should have more varieties. |

I have stayed 3 hotels during my Venice trip, this is best one, then I think hotel plaza in Venice mestre is also good one,but last one is best western in mestre as well, next to hotel plaza,it is quite disppointed one compare other 2. If Internet free that be great |

Although this hotel is quite costly, it's worth the money. It's located in the heart of major Venice attractions and is quite luxurious. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. Cost, but it's Venice after all! |

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and the location of the hotel was ideal for a short stay. We only booked a basic room yet the quality of the room was outstanding. The breakfast was also very good. No bad comments. |

A stunner of a hotel, the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, the breakfast room was wonderful, the room beautiful with superb attention to detail. A romantic view of the canal from our window, you could watch the gondolas go by from the window. Nothing we wished for was too much trouble. The view of the canal has a major drawback. The workboats arrive at about 6:00am and make a dreadful racket, the rooms overlooking the canal are not conducive to a long sleep in, even with the double glazed windows |

the location less than 5 minutes from San Marco square. The view was great but I suppose that is not the case for every room. We were lucky to be on the fourth floor. The hotel was really a luxury one and the room was great. |
