Convenient central location, beautiful decor, quiet. The hotel asked us to pay an extra 40 euros per night to provide an additional bed for our 5-year old daughter, which would have cost 240 euros for our stay. We decided to go without, so the three of us shared the bed and did not sleep well as a result. |

Clean, airconditioning, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and beds You must pay for internet on your room per hour and it didnt work properly. We couldn't plug our laptop in and had to use the internet on the tv but it didnt work very well and was very slow. |

My wife and I just spent four wonderful nights (and mornings and afternoons) in Palace Bonvecchiati and have to say that our stay there made it possibly the best holiday either of us have ever had. I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal. The location is perfect. Overlooking the nice streets, just 5 minutes walk from St Marks, 10 minutes walk from Rialto Bridge , right on the main shopping streets but quiet and relaxed as well. The staff are the most attentive and friendly you could wish for and Russian speaking as well. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing breakfast and service. If you want to be in the best location, in the friendliest hotel, with the best service - this is the hotel for you. |

A beautiful hotel in an excellent tourist location. A very helpful staff. Rooms on the canal can be a bit noisy in the morning, but they are the routes for commerce in Venice, so it's to be expected and just think of it as part of the charm of the city. |

Everything. Room very well presented, champagne on arrival, every facility and provision in room. Excellent level of room cleanliness. Staff on reception very helpful with directions and general information on Venetian site. Staff on reception always available and polite. |

I accidentally broke a lamp shade (made of glass, very, very heavy) trying to find out how to operate the safe due to poor lighting . I was charged 375 euros to replace it. Hardly a fair figure for a shade and for a repeat customer. When I brought up what I considered excessive, their answer was mumbling that "they were a 4 star hotel....What is that supposed to mean? I will never go back. |

Very clean and friendly service and well located We believed from the booking we had booked a Canal View and had to pay upfront for this with the hotel but the booking site and the hotel had different information so we paid more for a view that we never had! |
