早めに予約が入っていたからと言われ、部屋をエグゼクティブダブルルームからテラス付きのジュニアスイート- にアップグレードしてもらえた上、シャンパンまで頂いた。朝食も種類豊富で美味しかった。最初ヴァポレット- のリアルト駅からホテルに着くまでは小道で少し迷って、２０分ほどかかってしまったが、帰りは５分少々でリ- アルトまで行くことができた。 |

ホテルのロケーションは十分で、Rialt橋やPiazza San Marcoやショッピング街も直ぐ近くに在り、ヴァボレットを使ってベニス市内の観光やムラーノ島等への移- 動にも非常に便利な場所にあります。宿泊した部屋は四階の角部屋で眺めの良く明るく清潔で広々とし、バス＆- シャワールームもあり、朝食も充実していて特に問題はありません。但しベニスは狭い土地に家が建て込んで居- る為に部屋によっては良いロケーションは望めませんので、それが次回も利用したいと思いますが、少し心配で- す。この他フロントのサービスも十分です。 |

ベニス中心地に近く、とても奇麗な部屋で、朝食もおいしかったです。少し料金が高いと思いましたが、初めて- のベニスでしたので便利さを考えると納得しました。 |

無料でジュニアスイートにアップグレードしてくれた。ホテル内装は新しく清潔感があり、部屋のアメニティも- スリッパ等ひと通り揃っていた。朝食は生野菜はないがハム、チーズ、パン、果物、ヨーグルト等種類が豊富で- おいしかった。チェックイン時のフロントの女性は大変感じがよかった。 ネットが有料で１日18ユーロ、１時間10ユーロ。フロントの男性で少し感じの悪い人がいた。 |

ホテルもきれいで、スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。お部屋も広めで、清潔感があり、ベッドメイキングの- 後、枕元にキャンディを置いてくれるなど、細やかな心遣いを感じました。朝食の種類も豊富で、連泊でも楽し- めました。 バスルームの仕切りが無かったので、トイレや洗面台のあたりまで水が飛んでしまい、少し戸惑いました。 |

サンマルコ広場から徒歩数分という好立地であるにも関わらず広い部屋であった事、とても清潔であった事が好- 印象。 宿泊価格の割に、朝食のパンなどはもう少しバリエーションがあっても良いと思う。 ４☆ホテルであるが、Internet接続が有料（８ユーロ/時間）である事は少々がっかり。 |

最初はメストレにホテルを取るつもりでしたが、ベネチア本島にしては設備が新しそうなので、おもいきってこ- ちらのホテルにして良かったです。 リアルト橋とサンマルコ広場の間にあるので一泊二日の短い滞在でしたが、１００％楽しめました。 部屋の作りもシンプルで快適。 朝食に生の果物があって、うれしかった。 |

Staff is really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was tasty and rather various, it was incl. in the room price (that’s not common in Italy). Gym has enough space and facilities. Perfect value for money! Sauna is open only from 15.00 to 20.00 and reservation is required. No WiFi in rooms (only wired). But definitely that couldn’t spoil our staying in the hotel! |

The hotel room was just as shown in the picture. It was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient for St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. No it was very nice. |

Comfort and cleanliness of our room. Good breakfast included. Good location too. Sauna and Jacuzzi were great after a day of walking in the city. As most of the hotels in Venize, the price is a bit ridiculous ! |

The hotel location is excellent, the room is very comfortable, I would like to thank Daniel (Front Desk) for his patience and helpfulness, he certainly made our stay at Palace Bonvecchiati a very memorable one. I I will strongly recommend the hotel to all my friends who are visiting Venice. The breakfast spread should have more varieties. |

I have stayed 3 hotels during my Venice trip, this is best one, then I think hotel plaza in Venice mestre is also good one,but last one is best western in mestre as well, next to hotel plaza,it is quite disppointed one compare other 2. If Internet free that be great |

Although this hotel is quite costly, it's worth the money. It's located in the heart of major Venice attractions and is quite luxurious. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. Cost, but it's Venice after all! |
