This hotel is new, very comfortable, clean. We got a great price for our one night stay. (E115.00) No, we were not there long enough to really explore what the hotel had to offer. |

The hotel is very modern, with great rooms. We like the location of the hotel. You have only 5 minutes to St. Marks square or to Rialto bridge. Also the breakfast was very good. We will come again. |

the biggest surprise was a big terrace and the fact that it is 200m from the Marco Square. However, I should also mention cleaniness and staff that were excellent |

The location was very central. The buffet breakfast was good and there was a good choice of cold food. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. I did not like the charge for using the gym, sauna and steamroom. I had planned to use the jazuzzi but when I saw there was a charge I did not. In any other hotel I have stayed in this is always complimentary. |

the hotel is newly decorated and the bathroom is nicely fitted I don't like the bath tub without the shower curtain as the water splashed everywhere when I took the shower, most importantly there is a constant bad smell from the bathroom drain, smelt of sewage. I've make the complain to the front desk but it seems there is nothing they can do, I thinks it's bad for the health when you stay in the room for longer then few hours. |

I am an experienced traveler as I spend between 30 and 40 nights in hotels every year. This is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Its location is perfect, excellent modern design, very comfortable, excellent staff, very clean. I would highly recommend it. |

Excellent location. Extremely spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff were OK but on occassion did appear to be 'inconvenienced' if we had any questions. |

Some of the staff were very helpful and customer service oriented. There was no easy boarding pass print out station. I had to ask the concierge to print out my online check in boarding pass. Also, you often have to wait for the staff to "become" friendly. |

The service was outstanding with very helpful front desk staff. The room was modern, stylish, very clean and to a high spec. Location was within very central. The only downside was that if your room faced the canal then you were woken at 7am by delivery barges dropping off supplies. |

Fabulous location, easy to find. Half way between St Marco Sq and Rialto Bridge. Room is as you see it on internet. Big rooms for Europe. Modern fittings. Good value with decent breakfast included. Little noisy in the morning with rubbish being collected. |

The hotel is in an excellent central location, very easy to find. Computer access, and flat tv, temperature control (it was pretty hot) very modern and functional. The service was impeccable, very professional. Breakfast, which was included, excellent! |

Design features of accommodation, Complementary Champage, very professional front office staff The room SErvice took at least 40 minutes before someone took the order. The soup and Sandwich was a disaster, very little, completely tasteless, simply in strong contracts to the hotel standards. |
