Bed sheets were clean. staff was gentile. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was very different from the ones in the photos. Furniture was extremely old and bathroom was unusuable. The shower area was not clean and most probably no change in utilities have been done since the opening of the hotel. There was a lot of noise in the room due to water tubes that were crossing very close to it.

The breakfast is good, and the prize we paid was ok too (50 euros per double room with breakfast) Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was very different from the ones in the photos. Nn e assolutamente un hotel 4 stelle..le foto ingannano..un due stelle e migliore..camere orrende..sporche..bagno impraticabile..docce vecchissime...senza acqua..moquette che credo nn venga cambiata da anni sporca rappezzata di vari colori.. Nn so come voi booking ancora nn fate un controllo ..insomma hotel a dir poco bruttissimo sconsiglio a tutti..

l'accoglienza professionale ma "calda" e personalizzata da parte dello staff - sono andata a Prato per una visita medica, ma penso che sceglierò ancora questo hotel anche per turismo vista la posizione strategica rispetto alla zona di enorme interesse.

Lo staff molto professionale e la posizione, infatti è molto vicino al casello autostradale e situato adiacente ad una delle strade principali della città. Camera poco confortevole.

ce séjour (deux jours) nous a profondément déçus. Le premier soir, des travaux ont été effectués à partir de 20 heures dans la chambre située au-dessus. Le matin a 7 heures, un groupe sur le départ a été très bruyant. La deuxième nuit nous avons été dérangés jusqu'à 1 heure du matin par un groupe de touristes très bruyants, discutant et téléphonant à voix haute dans le couloir, passant d'une chambre à l'autre, et malgré nos interventions répétées ont continué à faire du bruit ; il a fallu l'intervention du gardien de nuit pour qu'enfin ils cessent. Cet hôtel ne semble pas adapté à des voyageurs individuels ou en famille. Pour notre part nous n'y retournerons plus.

Considerando l'esperienza subita, ritengo che sia un Hotel da chiudere. A livello igenico, scarsissimo. Inoltre frequentato da prostitute e transessuali, che creano notevole disagio.Le immagini presentate sul sito, in relazione alle camere da letto, non raffigurano la realta.Ribadisco che si deve decisamente eliminare dal vostro sito e sopratutto deve essere chiuso per questioni igenico sanitarie.

Современый, большой. Находиться в нежилом районе. Но есть один паб неподалеку, для отдыха перед сном. Номера удобные, просторные. Есть ванна.

Situé dans un endroit calme , facile d'accès. Petit parking Aucune organisation: avions demandé chambre à 2 lits on nous en a donné une à 1 lit. Avons voulu changer mais impossible d'ouvrir la chambre située dans un couloir à l'odeur très nauséabonde donc avons accepté chambre à 1 lit mieux située. Or le lendemain il s'est avéré que nos amis qui avaient demandé un chambre à 1 lit en avaient une double !!! internet fonctionne mal.
