Palau Green Village  

- The location of this hotel is great... You can reach the beaches through a camping nearby. - There is an amazing swimming pool.

- The check in is very restrictive, and most of the times there is no one at the reception. - Keep in mind that there is 40 euros extra charge for cleaning the studio.

I liked the price first of all, it was very economical for a person travelling alone. And the layout of this resort is very nice, the apartments built in a sort of Mexican style, with a balcony, around a swimmingpool, with big palmtrees, it s very lush.

A few things were broken in the bathroom, some small things, and also the location of the resort, while it is beautiful, if you do not have a car it is a bit of a walk from the town, and the last part of it is a bit isolated and dark. And bear in mind the opening hours of the reception. I arrived very late, after 8pm, and the reception was closed, but they left a note for me at the reception and I was able to get into my apartment that way. But overall I really liked it and enjoyed my stay very much!

I liked it above all the position because it is near the center of the village, there is also a beautiful pine forest in front of the residence and the staff is very friendly and kind. We will be back soon and recommend it to our friends.

Location in Palau, a very nice town. Close to a good beach. Friendly staff, nice and clean appartments, good price. It was a butiful pool area, but to cold in the water for swimming when we were there.

We froze the first night. Since it was off-season it was very cold inside. It was no central heating. Anyone visiting during normal season would not have any problem with that, but we felt really unprepared on that it was so cold inside. There were also to few blankets. A bad start, but the staff gave us more blankets after the first night. The reception had no map on Palau, not to hand out nor on display. Since the town is worth exploring and the center is on walking distance I think it is poor service to not offer a local map to visitors.

fanns inte tillräkligt med köksutrustning för fyra personer. liten tv svart/vit som inte fungerade. micron fungerade inte heller. för lite handukar för hela veckan. receptionen för det mesta stängt. inte 150 meter till stranden som det stod på info. poolen rengjordes inte så ofta. jag vet inte om jag kan ge hotellet fyra stjännor kanske två och en halv.

Prive-zwembad wat je kunt delen met gasten uit de andere 19 appartementen. Prima vakantie, alleen met kleine kinderen minder geschikt.

La posizione del residence è strategica ,vicino alle località più belle ,la Maddalena ,la costa Smeralda.le case pulite ,semplici ,ma attrezzate di tutto .il residence molto curato,i giardini,i fiori , bellissimo .la spiaggia proprio difronte è comodissima .complimenti allo staff sempre disponibile e gentile .insomma ....non volevamo più andar via ! Si stava benissimo.

Lo staff veramente gentilissimo e cordiale, sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. La struttura è molto bella e la piscina è fantastica e pulitissima. È vicinissimo al mare quindi è molto semplice arrivarci e godersi il relax della bellissima spiaggia. Palau è una piccola cittadina dove è possibile trovare tutti i comfort e comunque la struttura si trova in un punto strategico dal quale è possibile visitare zone bellissime. L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso e veramente pulito..Ci siamo trovati benissimo tornerò quasi certamente..

é stato un soggiorno piacevole,e lo consiglierei....il personale è professionale e molto gentile....

La situazione logistica

Per essere un quattro stelle mi sembra che l'arredamento sia molto scarso.l'impianto tv ed il televisore quasi inesistente, come ci potrebbero stare quattro persone se c'è solo un piccolo armadio? Idem per il frigorifero. Distinti saluti Claudio Inghelmann

assenza dell'aria condizionata, abbiamo dovuto comprarci un ventilatore perchè non ce n'erano di disponibili pur richiedendolo in reception.

La ubicación, cerca del nucleo urbano de Palu. Los jardines y la piscina.

Los servicios contratados no se corresponden con la realidad. Relacion calidad-precio mala. Intentaron ''colar'' un apartamento con una habitacion y sofa en el comedor y con unas vistas pésimas cuando habiamos contratado y pagado uno de dos habitaciones y con vistas al jardin o montaña. Cuando reclamamos nos cambiaron. Estado de conservación de los apartamentos regular. Cocina muy sencilla, nevera no cierra bien la puerta. La TV no funciona: no lo resuleven. Ventana sin cortina (a las 6 de la mañana con luz en la habitación): no resuelven. Una de las habitaciones ¡¡¡sin ventana ¡¡¡ ni ventilación: muy pobre¡¡¡. El personal aparentemente correcto pero sin dar respuesta a nuestras quejas.

piscine de petite taille, et appartement peu entretenu: micro-ondes hors d'usage, télévision hors d'usage, réfrigérateur qui givre, peu de vaisselle et dépareillée, literie inconfortable, appartement mal insonorisé, problèmes de plomberie, terrasse non balayée, etc...les abords de la résidence ne présentent que peu d'intérêt dans cette région magnifique (pas de vue sur mer). Bref, une résidence qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles faute d'entretien.

Il servizio

Il villaggio è vicino al porto quindi comodo per raggiungere il centro.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con tende sporche e scolorite, I cuscini del divano puzzavano ed erano sporchi, c'erano le formiche in bagno e la cucina non funzionava, il frigo era pieno di ghiaccio e non si chiudeva bene.

Hellhörig, da die Anlage in U-Form gebaut wurde aber ideal um italienisches Abendflair mitzubekommen

Our apartment was smelling really moldy. Wardrobe had the worst smell of mold, we needed to wash ALL clothes after coming back to home. Toilet's washbasin didn't work properly, water went out really slowly. Handle of the kitchen door was detached.

- Mindestens die Hälfte der Liegen und Tischchen sind gebrochen oder kaputt. - Teilweise gebrochene Fliesen am Zugang zum Pool (Schnittgefahr für Kinder!!!) - Farbe bröckelt von den Wänden! - Sehr hellhörig - Reinigung von Zimmer und Kühlschrank mangelhaft ...........

Good accommodation within walking distance of Palau port.

Did not cater for English people. A kettle and toaster would have made our stay a lot better.
