Very nice room nro 112! Excellent service, breakfast was delicious. A perfectly stay for a biz. trip and I will go back with my wife !
Easy walking distance to popular site seeing spots Intimate Friendly and helpful staff
Location is great. Hotel is of a very high standard giving it a feel of luxury, confort and cosiness.
Front staff was friendly and very helpful
This was a truly magnificent hotel, superb location, tastefully presented in true Venetian style. Our room was overlooking the canal at the front of the hotel with a beautiful little balcony. Michael (front of house) was so helpful and knowledgeable and added to the whole experience, I had emailed asking for specific joining instructions and they were followed to the letter just completing the 'wow' factor!
There was a good variety of breakfast options.
We feel that the hotel entrance was a bit too close to the waters edge.
The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom is very luxurius with Hermes toileterries and hi tech shower.we got 70% discount which in our opinion still was more than the room was worth
Decor not up to expectations from seeing the photos on the site.Room was noisy because of three windows looking on the busy side walk and from neighboring rooms.Promised canal view was actually ground floor of the view the the busy side walk.Hot water was unreliable ,breakfast was not 4 stars (hotel Bonvecchiati is a great example of 4star breakfast)
Overall I was very impressed with the hotel location and facilities.
I booked a suite as this is what was advertised on Booking.com, in the end we got 2 adjacent double rooms, so there was no point paying more for a suite which was not a suite in the end. We obviously did not use the second room.
Location was fantastic. Sits by a small canal and relatively quiet location. Very near a vaporetta stop which is useful when you need to take your luggage with you. Walking distance to all other areas of central Venice. Two lovely restaurants very close by. Very friendly staff. Lovely relaxed breakfast. Rooms of a very good standard. Small garden which is lovely to sit out in.
employee is nice, the location is good. breakfast is ok.
is not easy to get this hotel, we have to take water taxi which is kind of expensive to get to the hotel. the internet is bad, we have to ask for code everyday cause the hotel change the code everyday.
The furnishings in the room were very plush and sumptuous, the view on the canal from our room was great and the service was very good. Loved the bathroom which was very space age. Location was close and walking distance to all the main sights. All in all, a fabulous stay.
The only thing wrong was having to keep logging into the wifi.
the hotel was located in a quieter part of the city but it was central and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The room was a bit small but comfortable and the bathroom was was very clean. ......after a busy and active day it was lovely to come back to this oasis of peace.
The hotel is away from the crowds, you feel like you have Venice all to yourself.
Room was excellent. Quiet area of the city with a short walk to most of the sites.
The Wifi supplier did not have an up to date security.
Booked the suite and were very happy with the whole stay. The view from the little balcony is very pretty. Had a great stay:) the staff is very accomodating and the breakfast and the little garden is really nice. Very pleasant little restaurant on the piazza close by and also two nice nice restaurants on the same. Little street.
The suite is really two adjoining double rooms which meant that we had two double beds but little more.Had we had our kids with us the two beds would have been great but since we were without kids we managed with one:)
nice place nice feriendly people
Big rooms, nice design, cleaness , quiteness
Small breakfast area, limited breakfast
Location superb - a stones throw from St Toma vaporetto stop but even better, the water taxi could come to the door. Get your bearings early cos you are within walking distance of great shops, restaurants and historic sites without being subjected to the noise. Hotel is beautifully appointed although our bathroom was v small. They don't have a restaurant on site other than for breakfast but they have a nice small bar. For me, the staff was what made this place extraordinary. They were inbelievably kind, friendly, courteous and helpful. I would give the hotel 5 stars for them alone.
Really it is a quibble. The bathroom was v small but again beautifully appointed and the waterfall shower was excellent. Wifi was v good but it kept disconnecting so you had to reenter the login details all the time. I just took a photo of those details on my phone so it was mo great hassle. First world problems! What can I tell you. We were in magical Venice :-).
Clean, central, near some nice restaurants, cute terrace for breakfast.
Wifi was good but keepd logging off. Quite inconvenient.
Terrific hotel for any couple. Attention to detail at every level. Stayed at four hotels in Italy, this one had the best breakfast in our opinion. This hotel is the way to do Venice.
Hotel was first-class. The breakfast and severs were delightful. One of the employees, Elia, went above and beyond to help us. He showed us to a restaurant when we first arrived. It was a five minute walk from the hotel, but he literally walked us over. He was very pleasant. The cleaning service was friendly and wanted to be certain that everything was done to our satisfaction.
There was a little bit of a language barrier with one of the front desk staff. (For English) The other two were very good. They sent us on a "free" water taxi to Murano. I would have preferred if they told us that we would be shuttled in directly to a glass factory with intense sales people.
- the room was huge and very special decorated. - bathroom perfect clean and wonderful. - technical wise highest standards (besides WLAN). - very delicious breakfast.
- WLAN was just poor as you always had to log in new. With two devices even more problematic. - You do receive one small bottle of water complementary on your first night but no more on the following ones. - same with bathroom amenities, not filled up after first night. - not easy to find at first time, directions how to go there from the airport could be improved.
