In a 15th-century building on the Grand Canal, Pesaro Palace is next to the Ca' d'Oro water bus stop. It offers Venetian-style rooms with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and flat-screen TV.
Score from 1553 reviews Excellent
Just 215 yards from Saint Mark's Square in Venice, Savoia & Jolanda is on the waterfront of Riva degli Schiavoni. It offers elegant Venetian-style rooms, a restaurant, and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Score from 1162 reviews Excellent
Set near the Grand Canal in the peaceful Cannaregio district of Venice, UNA Hotel Venezia is a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.
Score from 521 reviews Wonderful
The location was great being off the main drag and close to the boat service station of S Toma. It was a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and 20 minutes from S Marco. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with decaf coffee and fresh orange juice, cold meats, cheeses, salads and jams and breads. Certainly enough for a satisfying meal.
The beds were awful. We were in a superior room and like sleeping on two bricks pushed together. I ended up wedged in the join half way through the night. We moved to a deluxe room the following night, the house keepers had to strap the mattresses together and put blankets on top to improve the comfort which was not very successful. The manager said the reason they have separate mattresses is because some clients are too heavy and damage them. So if you are a couple who sleep close together be prepared for the worst nights sleep or accept you will sleep separately. It really let the hotel down and was the bad point of our stay.
Nice easy to get to quiet location. Room size Breakfast
Good location, very friendly stuff, clean and cozy. Spend few great days there.
Location, breakfast and staff.
I cannot think of anything.
Position and room
Staff was helpful and kind
Lack of information how to reach the hotel. It would be nice if there are more details about the name of the nearest boat station
The palazzetto was wonderful. The actual place and the decoration, the rooms were unbelievable. Value for money was unbeatable.
Hard to find (anything in Venice with directions is). The hotel should really get in contact with you before and tell you how to get there (in Vaporetto get off at S. Tomá, walk down the street, take the first left and then the first right before the bridge).
The hotel was more small boutique with a nice feel. Breakfast was good and in a good location with nice friendly staff.
The room was very small but also extremely warm. The air-con was not adjustable being set a a min 26 degrees. This caused it to be very uncomfortable for getting ready and sleeping.
Very beautiful. I feel like a princess in the little palace, 5 stars from me to rate this hotel.
Stay only 1 night ;(
Great Breakfast, Staff and Location
Temp control was off the room was 26 with no heat on and no A/C
The hotel was as impressive as the pictures show. The rooms are individually designed and have an air complete luxury. The breakfast was oustanding, I actually could not think of anything you could have added. Staying here was like sprinkling fairy dust on one of the most magical places on earth. I can't wait to come back again.
location and facility is good, staff is good
small room, face a wall when you open the windows, too many mosquito in room, we spent almost 1 hour at midnight to deal with them, we kill eight mosquito.
Nice location in San Polo. We were able to walk to the hotel from the train station. With a porter for our luggage. This saved us significant Euros compared to a water taxi. Staff was very polite, helpful and accomodating. Room was very nice, and quite well appointed. Good size, great shower and bathroom. Breakfast the next morning with much more than the usual was included.
I liked everything.
Comfort, design, staff, service, absolutely everything except wifi.
Wi-fi log in procedure, the connection quality is good but it is really annoying and unstable logging in
Good location to avoid the crowds in San Marco
Small strange shaped room. Staff less friendly and had less time to discuss questions than our excellent hotel in Verona - but perhaps tourist facilities in Venice don't have to try as hard as elsewhere to deliver top service.
The location was very convenient but very quiet. The room was sumptuous. The staff were caring, friendly and very helpful
I cannot find criticism with any aspect of this gorgeous hotel.
The location is very good and the room and bed very comfortable.
The decoration on the first floor entrance. Considering you give all of us Hermes gels and creams this room is so unhermes. It's worse than Cavalli and Versace together.
the staff have been really nice and friendly! the location is nice, the area is good, the upgrade to the luxury room very kind.
the general services of the hotel have not been corresponding to the price we paid. the hotel common area is not at the level of the 4 start L, the same for breakfast, the garden is much smaller than it looks in pictures and not that clean. the air condition was very loud.
Our room was very comfortable with excellent bathroom.
No restaurant for snacks or/and evening meals or bar for a night cap. Drinking in our room is not for us. Definitely not up to 4*'s we have previously stayed. Coffee/Tea facilities in the room would be nice. Good 3* but not 4* As hotel is new these facilities may follow.
breakfast selection. Standard room size is quite small.
Central location made it so easy to get around. Beautiful comfortable room with a balcony. Very clean. Breakfast was good with a wide variety offered. Comfy slippers and dressing gown were very welcome too. Consierge staff a mine of information and will help with restaurant recommendations and reservations.
Cleanliness and comfort in a very central location.
Fantastic hotel in great location near enough to but far enough away from the madding crowd and St Marks square
The location was ok as it allowed us to make the short walk into the attractions. It was nestled away on a quiet canal which was good for when we wanted to crash to sleep. Breakfast was good but the main thing was that the hotel is newly refurbished and the finishings were amazing. After seeing other hotels in the area I was very happy with ours!
Nothing really bad to say apart from the wifi was a bit annoying as you have to login a new password each day and connection was not the best.
