Unbelivebale room and style. The staff were incredible. The ambiance was exceptional and the room was perhaps the best I've ever stayed in. A little tucked away which is nice in Venice as it's away from the congestion of foot traffic but balconies right on the Grand Canal. All in all a wonderful experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time. -the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes - the location was excellent - that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere

too bad that the roof top terrance krug lounge was not yet open.

The uniqueness of this small, boutique luxury hotel designed by Philippe Starck, with Murano works from Aristide Najean. Good, quiet location, within short walking distance from St Marco.

The surprising inability of the staff & management to offer the type of customer care and service you would expect in such luxury surroundings.

Stuffy, no lobby, no place for laggage, very small wardrobe/ Breakfast is horrible: white bread and sweet pastry, sweet muesly and a choice of concentrated juices..Nobody eats it nowdays!For breakfast in a 5 star hotel you expect: goat cheese yogurt and milk, real mueslis with oat flakes plus dry fruits and nuts, rye bread and wasa or finn crisp crunchies, eggs from farm hens, choice of good chineese teas(not powder trash)

The decor and the food. Also, our suite had a terrace which was great...and would have been even better for a Spring traveller. I also liked the consistency of the staff...it is reasuring to see familiar faces each day. The check in process was quick and seamless, and all the staff seemed to remember who we were and whcih room we were in so you weren't constantly repeating yourself...this gave our stay a very personal feel.

We actually loved the hotel from its fabulous design as well as the location.

I would refer to the point that although the room was excellent however it was located into another building (next to the main hotel).

Very clean, comfortable, designer/ boutique hotel in good location, situated just next to water bus stop. Interesting decor and design. Good food and service. A unique experience.

Dimly lit areas make it difficult to navigate communal areas (even for young, fit, healthy people like us!). The night we stayed, the hotel was being used for a new magazine launch so all the communal areas were devoted to this and the drinks at the bar were a set price (extortionate - 25 euros for 2 basic drinks) as a result. Worth checking on this before you book!

We book the hotel for its design, but not as good as imagined (it'a an article of Mr. Philip Stark), The receiption is not friendly, feel cold to us, maybe we are from Aisa? We book with 467 Euro, not worthy!

La propreté, l'emplacement idéal à côté du vaporetto et central pour rayonner sur la ville, l'ambiance cosi du petit déjeuner, le verre d'accueil, l'espace dans la chambre.

Très interesante décoration.

Bruit insupportable dans la chambre dès qu'il y avait beaucoup de gens à la réception ou au bar. Suite à une fête, les gens se promenaient dans les couloirs de l'étage. Malgré les promesses du personnel, rien a été fait et le brit a continue jusqu'à presque 3 heures du matin..

les petits déjeuners auraient pu être en buffet, avec du salé...

ночью не возможно спать, когда проходят какие-либо вечеринки. во время моего пребывания была организована вечеринка в отеле, громкая музыка играла до раннего утра. это очень не справедливо по отношению к гостям отеля. я первыфй раз в жизни сталкиваюсь с таким убогим сервисом и хамским отношением к постояльцам.

Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas professionnel le recrutement ne doit pas se faire dans les hautes écoles dj'hotellerie ! En outre ils ne sont pas nombreux. La décoration de l'entrée et du bar est jolie mais beaucoup trop sombre. La décoration des chambres est vulgaire. Pas de fenêtre dans les chambres. C'est un hôtel dans lequel on ne peut pas se sentir bien et on a une seule envie...en sortir.

J ai aime le design des chambres et la dusponibilite du personnel.

Il n y a aucune vie dans l hotel qui ressemble plus a des chambres d hotes de luxe. Nous avons paye 1210€ par nuit une suite et ils nous ont compte le petit dejeuner 25€ et le supplement jus d orange(8€)( par personne bien sur). C est tout simplement honteux. Par ailleurs , il n y a aucun equipement ( salle de fitness ou spa) qu on est en droit d exiger pour ce niveau de prix.enfin, l hotel prend des commissions sur les courses de taxi que l on commande depuis l hotel. Nous avons paye 85€ l aller , et 50€ le retour pour la meme course. Le taxi ( commande par l hotel nous a meme compte un suplement de 50€ a notre arrivee a l aeroport parce que nous avions un peu de retard . Tout ca nous l avons vu sur la note du depart. 3100€ pour 2 nuits avec 660€ de taxi. C est scandaleux!

Hem şık hem de çok tarz bir otel olarak diğer klasik venedik otellerinden ayrılıyor. İtalya'nın ilk Phillip Starck imzalı oteli. Odaları küçük ancak etrafı aynalarla donatıp daha büyük görünüyor izlenimi vermişler. Banyo malzemeleri gibi detaylar çok başarılı.

San marco meydanına 20dk yürüme mesafesi olduğu halde fiyatları diğer merkezi oteller gibi çok pahalı.

Increible el Hotel!!! Esta decorado muy moderno!!! No es Clásico como la mayoría de los hoteles de Venecia... Muy recomendable, está a 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza San Marco que es el lugar Céntrico y donde está todo.
