Set 260 ft from Saint Mark's Square, Luna Hotel Baglioni offers impressive interiors with original frescoes and stunning views out over the lagoon.
Score from 391 reviews Excellent
Overlooking the Grand Canal, next to the Basilica of Chiesa of Santa Maria della Salute, Centurion Palace offers 5-star luxury in Venice. Drinks are served in the hotel's private courtyard.
Score from 254 reviews Excellent
On the Riva degli Schiavoni, Hotel Londra Palace is just a 5 minute walk from St. Mark's Square. It offers free Wi-Fi, and rooms with antique furniture. Some offer views of St. Mark’s Basin and St.

The design of the interiors especially the lobby lounge cum bar and restaurant.
No views and very small windows. Was noisy on my floor as the hotel office area seemed to be located on same floor and only screened off by curtains.
Design, room, service
Liked the design
The mosquitos that kept me awake (could have done with anti-mosquito spray or machine in the room)
Room food staff
Great location! Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, best croissant ever! Wonderful Philip stark design full of Murano glass and mirrors. Great wifi. A must stay! We loved this boutique hotel! Many thanks!
Small shower and shower head in an uncomfortable angle. But the water was nice and hot!
concierge helpfull atitude
small outdoor terrasse no adirect access to the hotel from canal
The menu of the room services should include more option
Location, interiors, the mirrors and of course Luca and Victor were the best !
Wifi was not always connection, One (complementary taxi) drop to or from central station would have been nice!
Beyond helpful staff and truly went above and beyond.. Beautiful hotel combining the beauty of art, modernness and comfort. Highly recommend.
The staff, the hotel decor, the service was excellent
the wifi was intermittent and the zircon is controlled by reception - should be controlled in room.
The location can't be bettered! We were a family group, grandparents, parents, a three year old and a nanny. We were housed in the "residences" section of the hotel, fronting the Grand Canal. The hotel offered us a free upgrade to a canal-front suite, in addition to the canal-front suite and adjoining superior room, so that the entire group could be together. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly given the "disability" of one of the group
The bathroom is very "cool" and trendy-looking, but not altogether practical, particularly as there was no walk-in shower. I had suffered a broken foot shortly before we left for Venice and was in a cast, hobbling around on crutches
really i love it.. cozy and modern .. nice decoration
Breakfast, I don't eat bread so options were minimal for the breakfast included.
Staff very helpful
Small room. Too expensive
The fact if u sneeze u will pay money. Reserved a massage then i had 2 hrs before the massage free time so we decided to go to s. Marco and the guy in the hotel said its enough to go walking and come back. We took 3 hrs then we couldnt find our way back then the hotel sent a taxi boat ( 85 euro ) to pick us. When we reached they charged us for the massage ( 2 sessions ) 230 euros. Without having the massage at all. Even they are not clear for the taxi transportation from and to the station when they emailed me private boat for 85 euros. Last day i realized that its per one way 85 euros. So if u do anything it will cost u. I dunno its our hotel or all venice like this.
Location and design are good.
They do not respect their customers as it should be. The hotel organised an event which lasted all night long with loud music, smoking people and overall mess so one couldn't sleep. The hotel should think more about their customers and reputation and not about short-term profits. Total disappointment which ruined our stay in beatiful Venice.
Perfect location, tucked away in a side street and yet very central in San Marco . Staff were brilliant, friendly but efficient and gave good recommendations. Hotel design is good.
no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and for a 5star hotel was disappointing. TV viewing in English was very basic with only 2 news channels to watch , no films.
The hotel is gorgeous overall. The design , the atmosphere that starts from the entrance to each point of the hotel is fantastic and very romantic . It was fantastic that they offer also a glass of prosecco at the arrival and thanks a lot to very kind stuff they upgrade also ur room. Most romantic and fantastic hotel choice in venice for sure.
We stayed 2 nights at PalazzinaG. I thought the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. From the reservation day, they requested if they could be of any help for the transfer & proactively proposed restaurants and activities in Venice. They made restaurant reservations for us on both nights, the places were excellent and we were given good tables. On my wife's birthday, they spontaneously brought a birthday cake to our breakfast table, which was a nice personal touch. The hotel lobby, restaurant and suite we stayed in are beautifully designed with high quality furnishings, bright and airy and completely spotless. Great place. I would absolutely recommend.
