We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again. |

Met aandacht gedecoreerde kamers, prettige sfeer, ruime keuze bij ontbijt, over het geheel genomen goede adviezen en hulp bij nevenactiviteiten als bezoek aan opera, glasfabriek etc. Verwijzing naar een restaurant, dat een mooi uitzicht zou hebben.1- Het restaurant bestond niet meer 2- de hele kade was in verbouwing, geen uitzicht dus |

Die Eintrittshalle ist exzellent, der Garten ist schön, die Bedienung freundlich, das Frühstück gediegen. Nicht alle Zimmer haben den gleichen Standard. |

Das ganze Ambiente, die Eirichtung, der Service, die nartürliche Freundlichkeit der Hotelangestellten- es ist ein Traum. Wer Venedig sehen will muss in diesem Hotel übernachten. Die tollen venezianischen Zimmer sind ein Gedicht !!! Das Ambiente, einfach grandios! Der Garten, ein Traum!!! |

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel verfügt nur über 12 sehr individuelle Zimmer und einen wunderschönen Garten. Besser gehts gar nicht. Die Lage ist optimal: Mitten im Zentrum Cannaregios und dennoch ruhig. Als Begrüßung gab's sogar eine Flasche Prossecco aufs Haus. |

le charme authentique du lieu, le jardin ombragé, l'accueil prévenant, l'emplacement de l'hôtel un peu à l'écart de l'agitation touristique et en même temps très proche. un peu déçus par le petit déjeuner pour cette catégorie d'hôtel, notamment par les jus de fruits et pâtisseries |
