I really like the location of this hotel and the old historic Venetian building it's housed in. The hotel also only has a small number of rooms, so it feels very private with a very pretty garden. |

the garden, staff very freindly, expected somewhat more luxurious place entry was down narrow alley, difficult to locate and alley had some garbage, narro would ve difficult to access with more luggage |

Hotel staff were so helpful and frendily. The hotel and garden had a relaxing feeling, great to come back to after a busy day. The breakfast was very good lots of fresh fruit, breads, boiled eggs and delicious coffee. |

The hotel was beautiful and grand whilst feeling like a private home. The setting was very tranquil yet convenient - it was only a short walk over the major sites. The staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. Having breakfast in the garden was a particular treat. The garden was so lovely it was a shame the hotel did not serve dinner. The room rate was also expensive but Venice generally is horrifically expensive. |

le plaisir de séjourner dans un vrai palais vénitien, la qualité du mobilier, le délicieux jardin,le calme des chambres et la proximité des vaporetto un accueil un peu désinvolte, pas du tout personnalisé, le personnel aimable mais jamais les mêmes personnes. L'absence de confort de la salle de bains, douche et toilettes exigues. Avons nous vraiment eu a suite réservée ? |

Accueil très agréable. Personnel très attentif et de petites attentions régulières et gratuites (livres à disposition, thé en fin d'après-midi, apéritif, bagages...). Le lieu est simplement magique et très calme. Décoration de très bon goût. Petit déjeuner magnifique. Le coté ancien du lieu apporte quelques limites dans l'insonorisation. Mais le charme l'emporte. |

An unserem Aufenthalt in diesem schönen, alten Palazzo aus dem 16. Jahrh. hat uns alles gefallen. Er ist eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten des pulsieren Tourismus Venedigs, sehr zentral gelegen und mit dem Gepäck problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar (von der Vaporetto-Station ca. 5 min.). Das Personal ist angenehm freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Dame des Hauses vermittelte uns mit ihrer Warmherzigkeit und Gastfreundschaft ein sehr familäres Gefühl. Es gab ein sehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstücksbufett. Den Tag haben wir am Abend im Garten bei 1 Glas Prosecco (1 Flasche gibt es als Gastgeschenk) ausklingen lassen. Alles in allem perfecto! |
