The location is excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, the ambiance felt very authentic, and the antique tower with it's exceptional view of the city is very unique. |

Very friendly and welcoming staff. A convenient and central location, close to all the main sights. Would definitly stay here again. Recommend it highly. Poor internet service |

Watching the sunset from the tower with a glass of wine is the reason to choose this hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor had a canopy bed and was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were traveling with another couple whom had a problem with the air conditioning in their room but they were switched to another room with no problems and also had an enjoyable stay. |

The location was great -- right around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance of everything. It was fun in the evenings to climb to the top of the tower to see the view of the city. The staff was very helpful with directions. |

Very old medieval palace in the centre of Florence. Tower with suberb view included! Very interesting place with atmosphere. Friendly staff. TV channels in Italian only, but it is not so important. |

comodissimo per la vicinanza al centro storico, dalla terrazza vista stupenda. Lo staff molto gentile potrebbero certamente migliorare i bagni. La colazione è da rivedere sicuramente |

Een geweldig leuk hotel vol gastvrijheid, sfeer en romantiek! Met een gastheer waar je blij van wordt! De kamers zijn sfeervol, groot en bijzonder. Het hotel beschikt over een toren wat wellicht het mooiste uitzicht over Florance bied! Fantastisch om te genieten van het uitzicht en natuurlijk een lekker glas italiaanse wijn! Een absolute aanrader! |

Remarquable situation au coeur de Florence, entre le duomo et le musée des Offices dans un vieux Palais du XIVe siècle dans une rue tranquille. Excellent accueil de la part des responsables qui vous indiqueront les bonnes tables du quartier... Magnifique vue du haut de la tour médiévale sur tout Florence. Un must ! Chambres un peu vieillottes et petit déjeuner sans intérêt mais le rapport qualité prix est imbattable... Il faut aimer les ambiances surannées, les couloirs sans fin mais il y a une âme, une ambiance et une histoire liée à la ville.... |
