Everything! We enjoyed very much the stay at the hotel and all its facilities and services.

About the hotel, nothing. About the city, it is too dirty and traffic is chaotic.

Really happy with our stay - the location to stay in Naples felt safe and good night life very close to hotel and near lovely port area everything easy walking distance. Highly recommend the hotel excellent value

The location is excellent!! Great breakfast, very nice building and decoration.

Arriving by car is not so easy, as you have to access a restricted zone. But we managed it without problems. They offer valet parking, or parking by yourself in a nearby garage.

Very good value for the price, with an excellent buffet breakfast. It was a perfect place to recover from an arduous trans-Atlantic flight

Good sized room with very good bathroom. Helpful friendly staff. Excellent comprehensive breakfast, best out of last 6 hotels stayed in. Good location. Taxi to airport 23 euro, so quite competitive.

Bar fridge didn't work, but didn't worry about it for one night. TV not good for English speaking.

This is a pretty amazing hotel inside the downtown Naples area. It is no surprise it is booked often. The breakfast is tremendous, and the perfect place for re-living your fantasies from the '50s and '60s. It was awesome to eat such an incredible meal all the while listening to Billie Holliday and Frank Sinatra.

Room was small, but this is also downtown Naples and this is the way the game is played.

A small hotel in a lovely area with luxury shopping and restaurants close by. The waterfront is a pleasant walk away. My room was spacious, quiet and clean. I would have liked to stay more than one night.

Buffet breakfast ran out - food was not replenished. Staff were generally miserable.

Safe area of Naples. The room was really lovely. After walking around the streets of Naples, the hotel was a beautiful place to return to!

Map the hotel gave us to navigate around was poor, they should provide a better showing all local street names and where to go shopping.

Great location for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Smart hotel with very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean modern bathroom. Good breakfast.

Our room was at the rear of the hotel in the corner of the building which made it a bit gloomy. There was a good sized balcony but no view just high walls of surrounding buildings. Wi-fi only seemed to work on 1 device.

I Like every thing in this hotel normally.

Unfortunatly the hotel was fully book and this time i had a room on the ground floor with workers very close reparing something!!!!Big problem with the hot water in bathroom.

Pleasant corner of the city; taxi rank very close; good local restaurants; pleasant accommodating staff; hotel is very nicely setup. Garage parking is by staff; a must in this city.

Hotel entry in booking.com could use a small map to show the best (only) approach through the small one-way streets in this area of Naples. I lived and drove in Naples for three years in the past and I still made a wrong turn and had to back up(!) on directions of some locals. Fortunately, I speak enough Italian to get around. Once you know the route, it's easy.

The ambient to the hotel is very quiet. Very polite and helpful staff that immediately helped us to change room according to our preordering specification.

We asked for a non-smoking room, but got a smoking one.

Comfortable beds, clean, exquisite ornaments, excellent elevators, close to great restaurants and the seafront.

Policy of bed with breakfast. Was leaving early at 0430 in the morning of departure, but still could not get a quote for a room without breakfast, and had to pay the full rate.
