The hotel is situated very conviently and has very nice bathroom facilities Although glamourous the hotel lacks for instance: good beds, fresh orange juice at breakfast, working airconditioning. For this price, you can expect these things. |

Rust temidden van een chaotisch Napels was welkom. Ruimtegevoel dat in hal geschapen wordt, is reeel, juniorsuite was in orde. Isolatie van de kamer was zeer goed. Maandag en dinsdag geen warm ontbijt. |

Servizio in camera (cena ) pessimo!! Le pietanze erano fredde e di qualità scadentissima, cosa inaccettabile per un 4 stelle. Sembravano avanzi della cucina.... In più è stato portato il tutto senza essere coperto senza nè bustine di sale, condimento ecc a parte. Veramente scadente!! |

市の中心部にあり、ホテルの周りは安全。ショッピング街にも近い。 ジュニア･スィートに２泊しましたが、思ったより安っぽい感じでした。宿泊中ヒューズが飛んだり、バスタブ- から水漏れしたり散々でした。隣の部屋が従業員の休憩室になっているらしく、夜中まで話し声が聞こえてきま- した。評価が高いのに期待はずれ。 |

Sehr gut geführtes Haus, beste neapolitanische Tradition, Stadtpalais, auch im Sommer kühl, vorzügliches Frühstücksbuffet (ohne überflüssige Speisen) mit neapolitanischen feinen Kleinigkeiten (Gebäck/Obst), kein Prunk in der Ausstattung, dafür gutes Design alter Schule. Bequem für Spazierwege in der Stadt. Personal hilft denen, die sich nicht auskennen, für Kenner der Stadt ideal. |

Wir haben 2mal übernachtet in versch. Zimmern. Diese sind neu renoviert, der Barockstil passt sehr gut hierhin. Sie sind sehr sauber, absolut ruhig, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und kompetent. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl mit den Kindern und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage des Hotels gehört zum eleganteren Teil Neapels, gute Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Empfehlung! |
