Great location for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Smart hotel with very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean modern bathroom. Good breakfast.

Our room was at the rear of the hotel in the corner of the building which made it a bit gloomy. There was a good sized balcony but no view just high walls of surrounding buildings. Wi-fi only seemed to work on 1 device.

I Like every thing in this hotel normally.

Unfortunatly the hotel was fully book and this time i had a room on the ground floor with workers very close reparing something!!!!Big problem with the hot water in bathroom.

Pleasant corner of the city; taxi rank very close; good local restaurants; pleasant accommodating staff; hotel is very nicely setup. Garage parking is by staff; a must in this city.

Hotel entry in booking.com could use a small map to show the best (only) approach through the small one-way streets in this area of Naples. I lived and drove in Naples for three years in the past and I still made a wrong turn and had to back up(!) on directions of some locals. Fortunately, I speak enough Italian to get around. Once you know the route, it's easy.

The ambient to the hotel is very quiet. Very polite and helpful staff that immediately helped us to change room according to our preordering specification.

We asked for a non-smoking room, but got a smoking one.

Comfortable beds, clean, exquisite ornaments, excellent elevators, close to great restaurants and the seafront.

Policy of bed with breakfast. Was leaving early at 0430 in the morning of departure, but still could not get a quote for a room without breakfast, and had to pay the full rate.

The location is one of the best in the city. This is a nice and clean area, close to the sea shore and to the old centre. The staff is very helpful. They park your car in the close surrounding for a very reasanoble price of 24 €/day. Our junior suit has been recently renovated (it seems), spacious, which is really rare thing in the old European cities

The breakfast can be better. The pillows are not comfortable

This is the neighborhood you want to stay in when in Naples, very important! Also the hotel is very nicely renovated, spacious rooms and bathrooms, plenty of amenities, free functional wifi, great breakfast.

If I have to find a flaw, room service after 9 pm would be nice. But not really a problem, plenty of places to eat nearby.

Everything. Location (don't just walk up the hill into the city, go down to the sea and take the walk down the Santa Lucia seafront to the port, or from their go up to the city. Breakfast. Staff. Room. Peace and quiet. Well worth the money.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but take the seafront restaurants with a large pinch of salt. The local street restaurants and pizzerias are a better bet.

It is a boutique hotel, tastefully furnished, in a very safe area. All major attractions, including the shopping area, are within a walking distance. Highly recommended.

The airco didn't work.

The hotel was warm and comfortable.The staff were most helpful and always smiling.The breakfast was excellent

The hotel is simply perfect for location, dècor, facilities. A great value for money especially out of season (but in Naples is always the right season...). Beds and linens very comfortable and luxurious, great breakfast, very close to Marinella and the boutiques shopping area, very quiet for in a pedestrian street. I will never choose another hotel in Naples!

We loved the location very convenient in one of the best "movida" area of Naples.

It's not that we didn't like but it is worth noting that the rooms don't seem to have a view. However, in this location an internal room is much better so that the noise from the street doesn't bother.

There should be more tourist information in reception, as maps, or activities at the moment in napoli. There should be a back up in reception, many moments one person is not enough.

Great value for money I would definetely visit again. I will recommend this hotel to anybody who will go to Napoli
