it was warm,clean, shower was bad,because water could not go away,and it is too small,we needed more towels, and toalet paper.please get reed of blanckets,put it in the sheeet. |

The lady at Reception, Rosanna, was charming and could not have been more helpful. She suggested restaurants for us, booked us in at one of them & printed out for us a rte from Montepulciano to Cortona & on into the Tiber Valley. The ambience of the Hotel is excellent & its position just off the main piazza could not be more convenient. The hotel has its own reserved Parking witjin easy walking distance. We would certainly stay there again for preference if returning to Montepulciano |

From the moment we walked thru the door we stepped back in time to a quieter and more gracious era. The young woman who attended to our registration, Roseanne, was cheery and so helpful with all of our questions. The apartment was large, airy and lovely. The antique furnishings were comfortable and made the rooms special. We were so pleased with every aspect of our stay at the Palazzo Bellarmino we are speechless and the perfection of every detail made our trip to Italy an experience that can not be forgotten. not a thing...it was perfect. I hope I can come back again |

Beautiful apartment in an ancient and very well maintained historic building. The location could not be better, just a few steps from Piazza Grande. The apartment itself was furnished with antique furniture and the kitchen and bathroom were modern and well stocked. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place. |

I loved that we were just steps away from the main palazzo, in the center of it all, yet still quiet. Rosanna was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations - we loved our time there. |

This hotel is located in the center of the city. Walk out the hotle front door and you are there. Great location. Parking is a bit of a chore. Park in the lot just after coming up the hill. It cost .80 cents and is the closest to the hotel. Short walk to the hotel and when you leave it gives you the easiet exit out of town. |

It's not exactly hotel - rather apartments in a historic building. Our apartment was very nice 2-bedroom, with huge kitchen and bathroom - all renovated, perfectly clean and comfortable, not to mention very good price. Location was the best ever. The only minus - no elevator, but that is no big deal at all. |

the very friendly atmosphere and the attendance of the staff; the very nice site directly on the lake in a historical and very romantic little palace; the small scale of the hotel and the excellent food. although the room had a balcony on lakeside it was too small for two persons; however this is the consequence of staying in a historical house. |

Indeed best location for a stay to discover the heart of medieval Montepulciano. Kind and helpful staff at reception. Nice building rooms in large apartment. Very peaceful. A very good stay indeed you feel part of the citizens. Bonus : medieval unexpected end August free show at your doorstep with fireworks...Fantastic. Also good centric location to discover Tuscany and Umbria by car. 2Nd floor location if you have walking problems... But several centuries building were like this! Somehow not easy to find by car because of traffic regulation. You just have to be daring and insisting. |

Outstanding apartment. Note not a hotel. Big rooms with kitchens. Lovely furniture. Building full of character. Helpful staff. Brilliant location near the central piazza. Hotel brilliant but beware: Bring a very big wllet with you if you plan to spend some time in Montepulciano: very expensive!! |

Very big appartment and very quiet in a beautiful old Palazzo. Room enough for four persons. Very well located to discover Montepulciano. One matress was rather worn out and should be replaced. |
