Staff was helpful and accomodating. I would stay there again if I an in Florence.

This hotel is in a great location, very near the train station. The front views the back side of Medici cathedral. There are market stalls right outside every morning. The hotel is pretty grand looking around reception areas and bar. Nice breakfast.

Rooms are a little small and cramped. Double rooms may be much nicer.

Breakfast was consisted of bread and pastries only, no eggs or meats, carbohidrate ball. Which is not the best option, if you are watching your weight level.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful, they gave us a map of the city when we arrived and answered our questions fully. The room was comfortable and had a small internal balcony. The breakfast was a continental one and was very good. It's location in San Lorenzo is ideal for the old centre as it is no more than 10 minutes walk from the Uffizzi, the Duomo and the Academia. There is also the San Lorenzo market nearby.

Our room was adjacent to the next building and the resident had the TV on very loud at night. However a call to reception solved the problem.

Shower full of mould, when we complained they said it was simply stained but the mould could be scraped off, nothing that bleach and elbow grease could resolve but we had more than one room and they were all like that...

Central position and near the train station, free wifi and a supermarket near by was a plus.

The shower cabin is so small that is not easy to take a bath.

Staff was borderline terse. Only hotel in Europe unable to process Passport info on the spot. Rooms were dingy and old. Will not stay here ever again.

Good location. Silent. Neat. Reasonably helpful. Good breakfast with friendly service.

Bathroom is small and uncomfortable. Single room and its bed are small. If anyone cares.

Good Location. Very convenient. Hotel Staffs speak good english, very friendly especially Mr Tim who recommended very nice restaurants with good food and very reasonable price.

The staff is very friendly and localization is excellent.

We booked a Junior Suite and were given a beautiful room with our own private balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. Great location away from the crowds with access to the Vaporatti (water bus) right out front. Staff was great except for one of the ladies at reception that had a bit of an attitude. After two weeks in Italy staying at comparably priced hotels (most were more) this was by far superior. Breakfast was much better than other Italian hotels.

ONLY complaint was the spotty WIFI service that kept dropping no matter where in the hotel you were.

The location was convenient. Perfect soundproofing. Purely. Cosy.

Good central position. Quiet, thanks to two layers of double-glazed windows. Good breakfast.

Camera e corridoi non all'altezza di quanto promette la hall, moquette e bordo letto imbottito macchiati, arredamento essenziale di camera e bagno.

Ottima posizione, di fronte l'ingresso delle cappelle medicee. Staff professionale e cortese.

Camera da rinnovare (moquette, tende, sanitari).

Die Lage ist genial. 10min zum Bahnhof und zum Dom. In unserem Zimmer war es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig (zum Innenhof). Personal sehr nett und wirklich sehr hilfsbereit - auch bei der Organisation unserer Tagestouren.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis - bei dem Preis hätte ich eine bessere Zimmerausstattung erwartet.

La propreté de l'hôtel et la situation géographique. Personnel sympathique.

Les chambres pas trop bien insonorisées, on entend la douche des voisins et quand les gens passent dans le couloir. Et aussi, la douche pourrait être plus grande et la salle de bain plus moderne.

フィレンツェSMN駅から歩いて5分程度という立地の良さ。落ち着いた内装。
