Hotel Minerva offers spacious and air conditioned rooms, a fitness center, and traditional restaurant, just outside of the center, a 15-minute walk from Arezzo Cathedral.
Score from 377 reviews Very good
Set in Arezzo’s Piazza Grande, La Corte del Re is an ancient building that still has some of its original Etruscan and Medieval walls. It offers uniquely decorated rooms with kitchenettes.

Very unique experience. Great location for the price and quick walking distance from the train. Like having a little apartment in the centre of Arezzo. I had a room with a private bathroom down the hall and I am not sure there was anyone else in the residence, which can be a bit unnerving if you are a single traveler, but it was really nice. Safe, secure, extremely convenient to everything and the residence was just lovely. Nice little roof terrace with superb views over the town. Had a lovely breakfast included from the bar just down stairs. There's also a fantastic restaurant just up the street from the Guest House. It was really reasonable and excellent.
In the heart of the city centre. Great staff. Nice breakfast in the pastry coffee shop.
A bit of exercising while bringing luggages upstairs
loved Arezzo and this B&B, Sara was lovely and the room was perfect. couldn't fault it, would definitely recommend
The young people who run the guest house were very friendly and welcoming. The house itself is a beautiful medieval building in the heart of this fascinating city. The room was spacious and attractive and the facilities were good. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the back of the house where there was no noise. I think rooms facing onto the street were very noisy at night as there are lots of bars, etc., downstairs. There are two excellent restaurants opposite the entrance - both highly recommended.
We never sampled the "breakfast", although it was included in the price, as it consisted of a voucher for a coffee and croissant to be taken a the café next door - between 6.30 and 8.30 in the morning. Too early when you're on holiday!
Large room, historic house, free cookies and a bottle of water in the room
Very noisy on Friday night A private bathroom, but situated separately from the room
Lovely period hotel, in a great location in town and around ten minutes walk from the train station. The roof terrace was an unexpected bonus, with fantastic views of Arezzo.
Personal service, good location, characterful property.
Noisy room due to good location!
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room we had was very nice with own bathroom. Room was clean and had air conditioning.
We loved being in the old part of the city and close to restaurants and shops.
climbing 3 flights of stairs. we are in our 70s!
Nice quirky accommodations - my room was on top floor directly under the rafters. A Large room and nice bathroom but very odd windows. I liked the whole building - a renovated centuries old palazzo. Included coffee & delicious croissant for breakfast at cafe around the corner. Oct. 2013
1) Walk up three flights of stairs. 2) no manager on site - had to ask waiter across the street how to get into the B&B and he took me around the corner to a sausage shop - the owner runs the B&B,
The best thing about the B&B is having the breakfast at the 'pasticeria' around the corner. The 'cornetti' and coffee are of very good quality. One can make an appointment for the arrival time. Spacious room .....BUT ....
VERY bad isolated room .Even with windows, shutters and curtains closed one hears every noise from outside , also on the second floor. I think room to avoid on friday and saturday night specialy when the flea market is on. People enjoying themselves until 2 PM and others starting at 6AM . It's like having them ON your terrace.
Central location, close to everything. Old, XIII-century palazzo. Spacious room.
Before booking I didn't realise that bathroom was private but outside the room. Third floor with no lift. Luckily the owner helped with my luggage. Room overlooks noisy street, earplugs a must-have. Linen needs better washing. No daily cleaning of room/bathroom during my stay, but that wasn't bad though. Figurally no reception but it's not drawback either. Paid breakfast is very basic.... Cup of coffee and croissant.
Very nice simple & inexpensive bed and breakfast. Perfect location in Arezzo.
We had a gorgeous room with some old details (high wooden doors, etc.) There is a roof terrace that has a great view over the city. Breakfast at Café Stefanos was simple but very good!
