The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place itself is unique with a great ambience of the past and in a superb location to the Vatican. You have a 4 star hotel that gives 5 star service. |

The hotel was very close situated to the Vatikan and Castell St Angelo. Your could also easily walk into the absolute centre of rome without problems. Nice and helpful personell! Rather late breakfast time, 7,30-10,30. But the breakfast was good! |

the staff were very friendly &went out of thier way to make our stay special.The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere.Food was excellent with good choice.Room were very clean & laundry changed daily.Location was excellent & very central. The bathroom was quite small & the shower was a wet shower which wet all the bathroom floor. |

Very child friendly. They also noted my wife's birthday and gave us complimentary drinks which was a very nice touch. You cannot get any closer to the Vatican if you tried. Great location. The bus tours start right outside the hotel. Nice rooms too. |

The bathroom was 3.5 feet by 5 feet and they tried to fit all items in it. It was definately a challenge to shower in the 2 foot square shower - better not drop the soap! The biggest challenge was using the toilet with all the items hanging off the wall in the most innapropriate locations and the fact that it wouldn't flush 2 out of every 3 attempts. I recognize that european bathrooms had a reputation for being small but |
