Everything is perfect. The view from hotel ia amazing.
Restaurant downstairs very nice, chef very creative & attentive
Details re location, parking and baggage collection not accurate. As such we drove round & round till we parked & walked. Had to park 500 mtrs away in an area not well lit. Had to hump all way over, meet Stuart, then walk all the way back to reception, then had to carry own bags to room!! Good thing I'm fit!!! Add also it infers accommodation is in palace or castle - not!!! Only o ER looking a castle.
Friendly and helpful staff...
The staff were very helpful, the location is brilliant.
Paid wifi? Seriously?
A lack of entertainment
Good communication especially in relation to parking and luggage assistance to the hotel. Great restaurant for dinner. Lovely views from room window and garden area. Period palazzo features surrounding you.
The Staff was great and always helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site was very good. The resort itself was very peaceful and beautiful, about a 5 minute walk to middle of town. We had a beautiful view toward the castle from our room, which was quite comfortable. We had a nice kitchen, with separate living room, separate bedroom with private bath.
The ambiance , the comfort , the peace and simplicity of this place is a little piece of heaven.
Loved the staff. Cookery class and mystery tour with Roberto the chef are a must. The town is pretty. Its a good central location for access to many surrounding tourist attractions.
The rooms on the second floor are generally dark with very small windows. I would ask for a room on the lower two floors.
The view from our room was wonderful. The hotel restaurant was fabulous. The public spaces within the hotel and the garden were beautiful.
The climb up to the hotel from the main part of town and the climb to our room within the hotel.
the location was great. Staff were very friendly, and helpful.
1 bedroom apartment we stayed was very hot, and I could not control room temperature to adjust it in my comfort. Other than nothing else.
Gorgeous hotel with lots of charm and stunning views. Very helpful staff - we were initially promised two rooms next door to each other (because of small children), but as that couldn't be accommodated, one staff member brought her personal baby-call for us to use. PS - we got rooms close to each other, just not next door. Big plus for being a eco conscious hotel!
It's easy to feel at home here. The cooking lesson and Etruscan tour with Roberto were just great.
We were here in winter and it was difficult to know what was open.
