Owner & staff were all very nice, even before our arrival, sending us an email for confirmation and offering services. Their website shows all the staff and their photos making us even more welcomed. Location could not be any better. Breakfast was very Italian, just some sweet bread, and we (Japanese) wished to have American type of breakfast, including some warm food and vegetables. It would be great if the rates were more economical. |

Very helpful staff, friendly/relaxed atmosphere. Made us feel at home and went out of their way to help us. Security is good. The hotel is in walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend this hotel. The bathroom of our suite was a bit small, but the shower is very big. |

La rispondenza alle aspettative. La cortesia dimostrataci. L'eleganza degli ambienti e la cura nel servizio.La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta: di fronte al Duomo di Parma, in centro storico, tra le maggiori vie dello shopping, vicinissimo ai monumenti più importanti e relativamente vicino alla stazione, dunque raggiungibile con comodità anche senza auto. |

Il palazzo si trova nel centro storico della città, proprio accanto al battistero di Parma. Pero non è facile arrivarci con la macchina per scaricare i bagagli! |

Remarquablement situé en plein centre de Parme, donnant sur la place de la Cathédrale, permettant de visiter la ville à pied. Chambre appartement très bien décoré, propre, sans bruit. Restaurant sympa en face de l'hotel à l'angle de la place (l'Angiol d'Or). |

Inmejorable ubicación a pocos metros del Baptisterio de la Catedral en un lugar muy apacible y tranquilo. Las suites están decoradas con gusto y se ve todo limpio. Excelente hotel para disfrutar de la bella ciudad de Parma, un lugar con encanto y sin el bullicio de los grandes destinos turísticos de Italia. El baño resultaba algo pequeño. |

Nous y avons passé en couple un excellent sejour: la famille propriétaire nous a exceptionnellement proposé la suite du dernier etage. Tout etait parfait: de la literie, à l'acceuil chaleureux ,en passant par l'emplacement au coeur de la ville. Merci à Mattia et sa famille! |
