Loved the location off the main square and next to the Duomo. The in house breakfast and little eatery is lovely, staff very friendly
Parking a little hard to find, but staff helpful
The staff (once they were there) were very helpful and accommodating, they opened the cafe specially for me because I had to leave early in the morning. The location was great, and the room was comfortable. Wi-Fi connection was very good, which was crucial for me as was on a business trip with a presentation to finish at the last minute! The room was clean and had everything I needed.
I didn't like the fact that when I arrived (~9pm), there were literally no staff available on reception to let me in, they had just left my key and instructions in a mailbox which anybody could have opened. The instructions were perfectly understandable so it was fine, but it was not really what I was expecting and I don't think this was clear on the booking.com website. There was therefore nobody for me to ask about where to find food, which was really unhelpful as it meant I had to wander about the reasonably deserted streets to find a restaurant - not good as a lone female. Once I did see staff the next morning, they were lovely, but I really think this should have been explained up-front.
Location Staff Historic building Atmosphere
Parma itself :)
Нelpful and friendly staff. Сonvenient location in the city. Еspecially, we would like to note the valuable and useful recommendations of Mr. Vittorio
Great location. Very interesting building
Location, amenities, helpful and friendly staff
It's wonderful location, very comfortable suite. staff very helpful. It was a luxury to have breakfast in our room.We loved it and recommend it to our friends
we felt that the breakfast room lacked charm. it was very cold. Also it would have been nice to have had a comfortable sitting area with cosy armchairs.
Location location location. Hands-on ownership/management. Stunning historic palazzo property. Spacious elegant comfortable rooms. Secure parking options nearby. Modern TCafe in the hotel is a bonus.
Minor quibble - which the owner says he will rectify, and can modify even now if you ask him to - is that breakfast starts a bit too late (08:00) for those who wish to get underway on their journey.
We were on the first trip with our 5,5 months old baby and this hotel was great. We had a room upgrade to the suite which was lovely. Room was equipped with a baby crib, super comfortable and with lots of space. Breakfast was good and with the option of having it in the room. The hotel also has a cafeteria with great options for lunch. I would stay in this hotel again and highly recommend it.
From the staff to our room to the location of the hotel, it was truly a wonderful stay. We received a very friendly and warm greeting with help whenever we needed it. We used their facilities for parking the car and they were excellent. Morning breakfast delivered to our room was a special trip. The room was extra large. Two restaurant recommendations were given when we checked in. La Forchetta was absolutely delicious and we would go back. The other restuarant, Tres Porcchetta was terrible, and should not be recommended.
There were 3 of us staying in the 2 room suite and they only provided two bath towels which we thought was strange.
the staff! So helpful. The Palazzo itself. Beautiful. Loved our apartment!
The breakfast was stingy and not very healthy and inadequate, especially compared to other Italian hotels.
Spacious, clean room. Helpful staff. The ideal location to stay while visiting Parma.
Comfort, friendly staff, location
A little complicated driving to the hotel, but not a big problem.
Great location, exquisite hospitality, excelleny comfort.
Breakfast is a little bit poor compared to other places of the same level.
The service was excellent, the staff were very helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious.
The noise from the outdoor cafes, bring earplugs
The location is just perfect, in the middle of the city - the cathedral is at a next door! Stores, restaurants and museums are closer by. Parma is a good stop over - two day is good enough. I recommend all to visit the city and stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosso Prati.
Wi-fi was slow.
We selected this hotel after 6 years as all impressions were so good. We satisfied again.
The staff could not have tried harder to make out stay better. They are wonderful. The apt was beautifully decorated. The location was great. Parma is a hidden treasure.
Hotel is conveniently located near the Duomo. Few minutes walk from Train Station. Easy access to other landmarks. Close proximity for shopping areas, restaurants.
Only downside is that Hotel is in an old classic palazzo and room was on 2nd floor. Not sure if lift was available given that we were only there for 1 night.
The área as godo
Breakfast área is part of a shopping zona uses bytes locais To much movimento in área Breakfast nothing special Rôom was ok nothing special, depends which onde you get
Superb location, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff and huge rooms with beautiful decor. Highly recommended!
No milk with in-room coffee and tea facilities. But tiny negative out weighed by fabulous location, room and staff
Because of a pilot's strike, we had to change our booking several times. Vittorio did everything he could to accommodate our changes in an extremely friendly and professional manner. The location couldn't be closer to the center of the old town (right there), parking was arranged for (at a discount), and upon arrival we were treated like long lost friends. If you do go, we highly suggest the prosciutto and cheese tasting in their cafe. It may seem pricey, but it is more than worth it.
bad internet, too many stairs, poor breakfast
Central location; Helpful staff; Elegant ambience of courtyard
Lighting not well placed for reading in bed, or using the dressing room alcove
