Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati  

We came back after having stayed there a couple of years ago. The staff were very friendly as usual, the rooms extremely ornate and comfortable. However, we were impressed with how much the breakfast had improved since we last stayed. Location was also good - easy walks to the restaurants in Strada Farini and the Parco Ducale.

If we had one criticism, it probably would have been the noise at night. I guess that's always the trade-off for a good location.

Location was superb. Vittorio is a gent. The history of the hotel is breathtaking. Massive room.

Location fantastic, close to everything. Breakfast was served in a little cafe' with a nice atmosphere and many locals. Excellent old building. We were happy that we did reserve parking.

Well situated in the middle of town, so easy to walk everywhere. Having said that, not so easy to find if you arrive by car - you need a good co driver to read the instructions. Excellent and helpful reception. Very pleasant, spacious room (and surprisingly quiet) with a kitchenette if you want to do your own breakfasts or indeed more complicated cuisine. Would certainly stay again.

Didn't bother us, but there's no lift/elevator. A nice chap takes your suitcases up so that's not a problem.

We had exceptional stay at the Palazzo. Everything was perfect: a welcoming smile at our arrival, kind and understanding reception, beautiful, comfortable, spacious and exclusive rooms, an impressive historic and so well restored building, the unforgettable T Café, where we have received a great service, the practical parking space, the kindness at our check out and during all our stay! Internet works perfectly.

Everything was just right the hotel the people that run the hotel they were very helpful if you needed anything they were there to help you from train times to restaurants places of interest

Beautiful apartments made in italian style. Very clean, comfort beds, great cosmetics in the bathroom. In the heart of Parma, near shops, bars. Reception very helpful and nice. We reserved a normal twin room and get on place the biggest apartment.

A little problems with parking the car. The parking is about 150 meters from the hotel in another part of the main square. First you have to go to the hotel then check - in and get the key for the parking. And the breakfast was very italian - fresh and sweet but...no eggs, cheese. For the fresh orange juice you have to pay 5 euro...should be included in the price.

Exquisite apartments, furnished with antiques, a privilege to be able to stay there. The Tcafé alongside brought wonderful creative sandwiches, wine and other snacks and drinks to our room. We are longing to return to Parma, just to stay in the Palazzo.

I travel alot and never took the opportunity to provide any feedback on the hotels I stayed in. For sake of fairness I thought I should provide a quick feedback about this hotel. Stayed there last Monday. In summary there is nothing to complain about this hotel and it is easily rated 10/10. Great hotel with great staff.

Wonderful hotel. The owner Mr. Vittorio is easily one of the most friendly people that we met in the beautiful country of Italy, and we loved Parma. My bride and I originally came to Parma to attend a soccer match, but we were pleasantly suprised at finding this gem of a hotel in the middle of Parma. Mr. Vittorio greeted me via e-mail before we arrived and asked if there was anything that we wanted before our arrival. He was able to obtain soccer tickets for us for the Series a league match and also hire a private driver for a car tour of parmesan cheese and parma ham factories. Mr. Vittorio also upgraded our room to a suite free of charge. If you are lucky enough to visit the beautiful city of Parma, please stay at Mr. Vittorio's hotel -- easily the sleeper find of our honeymoon!

Only staying one night, wished we could stay longer in Parma!

The staff was incredibly friendly and they upgraded us to a suite upon arrival. The location was ideal! The room was spacious and updated but the building had so much charm. Amazing stay and will definitely be back!

The location is a little hard to find but this can be alleviated by calling the hotel before hand. We were lucky and asked directions from local police and they told us how to get to the hotel.

Very elegant and stylish rooms with very helpful staff. Location is fantastic -- 5 minutes from the railway station but still in the very centre of the city. The square that is it situated in is 100 metres from a main thoroughfare but is very quiet at night. I would thoroughly recommend it

There's no restaurant for dinner but that didn't really matter as there are a large number of good restaurants at all prices within easy walking distance. There is a cafe/bar open until 8 o'clock One very small gripe -- and it is small -- we had a kitchen and it would have been nice if coffee, tea and milk were provided. We had to look for a shop to buy them.

Beautiful old building converted with great sensitivity, and situated in the historic Cathedral square of Parma.

The room was really nice and with class. The bed was very comfortable. They prepared a dish with sweets and biscuits. The lady at the desk was truly friendly and interested to help us. The bar next door provides room service.
