Great location and very friendly staff!

Good size suite, kitchen area. Helpful staff (talking about parking), parking near hotel.

Very wet room (maybe after winter time ?), it was not pleasant to be in the room. No hot water in the evening.

Very conveniently located for the old city centre, the port and transport hubs. Staff were very obliging and access to the top floor sun terrace was a bonus.

Not so much a dislike - more an oddity. The TV was located on top of the kitchinette cupboards! - virtually out of sight from the sleeping area.

The hotel fit the description and it was worth the money. Recommended

The lift in the hotel was the weirdest lift we have ever been. Had to hold the button until arrived on the floor.

Nice location, helpful staff, studio like a small appartment, kitchen weel equipped, you can have a good local wine in the room...

Location is very good for Trapani sightseeing. Room was clean and silent to sleep. Good sun area in roof too! This hotel is really close Trapani port and cruise ships. Not long walk from bus station. You can take airport bus from birgi airport and walk from bus station to hotel.

Breakfast was not included in price.

Very well located in the heart of historic Trapani and very close to the port, where from Eoli islands stop. Good facilities and very clean and charming room.

Staff was nice, but not very helpful. We emailed them the day before asking if there was oil to cook in the room (we were staying in another apartment and would have brought what was left). We arrived and there was no oil, and the girl took some time to bring it to us. And she brough little oil. We also asked them how to ask to Erice on a Sunday. We asked 2 persons of the staff, and both gave us contradictory informatio. Result, none of the directions were good enough and we missed Erice, unfortunately. They work in a hotel, they should have told us that on SUnday there's 0 buses and that cable car was not working due to wind (there's a daily update on the website, we discovered later on).

The location was excellent (close to the shopping and party area and the port), the rooms were newly refurbished and properly equipped, the bathroom was clean Members of the staff were basically nice and friendly, they allowed late check-out and luggage storage even out of reception hours

The room was advertised with sea view but in fact the looked on a small street, so the sea was visible only in two ways: either we went out on the balcony and leaned out sharply or went to the rooftop In one of the beds there was such a big hole that the girls could barely sleep in it without pain in their back

A delightful apartment complex with self catering facilities, very close to the old town. Staff were helpful and friendly. The apartments are in an old building which has been tastefully renovated. Free parking in the street nearby is a bonus and fabulous restaurants are close by.

De kamers zijn ontzettend ruim, fijn eigen keukentje, fijne douche. Een klein maar fijn dakterras om lekker van de zon te genieten.

ambienti spaziosi, gentilezza, disponibilita' del personale, struttura, pulizia generale e del grande appartamento, ottimo recupero del fabbricato a due passi dal porto, comunque in una posizione strategica per la visita al cuore di Trapani

ascensore lento, vista "laterale" del mare, meglio il solarium. mi sarebbe piaciuta la colazione in struttura, comunque sono disponibili nelle vicinanze ottime pasticcerie.

Dejlig beliggenhed i den gamle by, tæt ved lystbåds og fiskerihavn. Gåafstand til nogenlunde strand. Roligt område om natten.

Lejlighederne i de tilstødende bygninger har ikke afgang til tagterassen når receptionen ikke er bemandet.
