A few meters from the entrance to the Herculaneum excavations, this 18th century villa offers large, modern rooms overlooking the sea or the fantastic 6 acre park surrounding the hotel.

There is not a gym
Spacious well decorated room. Fair breakfast, comfy bed, parking
Had to wait 20 mins for a drink in the empty bar, finding the parking, it is only a metro ride from Naples centre, but feels a lot further, local neighbourhood a little odd.
liked the staff, very helpful and polite, very clean and quite a nice swiminng pool for hot days and decent surroundings
a little far from downtown
Good bed Quite quiet Newly renovated
Fascist murals should be painted over
-Hotel is comfortable, very new. -Rooms are very clean and acccording to 4star classification. -Staff is very prestative. I needed a taxi, all telephone lines were down and the receptionist called from his own cell phone. -From the reception to the restaurant, all the staff was very good.
-Unless you have business to to in that area, te location is not convenient. -Price-quality relationship could be better -It is annoying that the bar closes quite early and that you cannot stay there till late -wifi does not work in the rooms -breakfast is under the expected quality -restaurant below average in quality and below average for price, in Italy.
It was a very clean and modern hotel
The location and the lack of choices to eat in the bar.
New hotel, nice rooms Silent (unless FC Napoli plays) Kind and supportive staff
Strange location almost in the FC Napoli Football staduim. But in the end not dramatic, since a cheap underground train takes you to the center in 10 min's
Loved it all, the staff were fantastic and even helped contact our upcoming hotel in Rome. The facilities were wonderful and the breakfast awesome.
Nothing to dislike
The design, stuff, the atrium with fauntain, surrounding...Everything
The location is self is nice but you need to take the metro to the city.
the room size is perfect
very friendly staff, spacious room, good breakfast, parking space for the car, very clean
no wifi in the hotel room, poor wifi in the lobby, hard to find without knowing that it is situated right beside the mostra, no public transport to the hotel after 10 pm
helpful staff clean comfortable rooms
*new *lux *good value of money *calm *good room size
Clean Large rooms Nice breakfast Parking space
A bit far from the town center.
The Palazzo Esedra is a great choice if you have a car. Public transportation via metro is available and is a short walk from the hotel. Taxis are also available. It is a bit difficult to understand how to buy your metro tickets in the machine, so ask a hotel person for directions. This hotel is spotlessly clean and designed in the Fascist style of architecture, typical of the Mussolin period. There really isn't a big sign on the building with the name so be sure you look at pictures of the exterior from their website so that you recognize it. The very big plus is that they have free, secure outdoor parking. We felt very comfortable leaving our rented car in the parking lot. I spent a lot of time searching for hotels closer to Naples city center, but was not able to find one with secure parking and if I did, the daily parking price was very high. This hotel is located close enough to the highway so you can explore surrounding cities. Word of warning: don't even dream of driving on the Amalfi Drive. It is one big packed traffic jam with motorcycles driving on the white line and coming towards you around the bends. Not fun! This hotel offers a really great breakfast in a stunning dining room overlooking a lovely rectangular courtyard with reflecting pool. Be sure to notice the beautiful murals on the walls. Our room was huge and so comfortable. This hotel is a good choice for all the above comments. You are not in the center of the action, but you are a walk, several metro stops and then a walk from Naples. Perfect choice for us.
Surprising, beautifully appointed hotel in quite a desolate area, next to the football stadium. Notwithstanding the non-touristy surroundings, proximity to public transport proved that the hotel provides a great tradeoff between location and value.
Surroundings, which were quite desolate (although I never felt unsafe even late at night).
Spacious rooms, very clean. Nice bathrooms.
Breakfast poor. Mostly tinned fruit...unappetising cakes/pastries. No toast. Cold coffee. Staff not very helpful re local restaurants. Food in hotel very poor. Area around hotel litter-strewn and unattractive.
Size of the room
Nice and modern location, clean,
Location a bit far from the center, the metro is close but you make 30 mins to the center. No wifi in rooms , but they provide a ethernet internet ( with a cable in the room).
- ADSL internet (5Mbit) in the room. One has to ask for a LAN cable in the reception or bring one. - Great bed - Friendly personnel that speaks good English - An "outpost" of luxury in the neighbourhood
- WiFi available only in public space. - Air condition in the whole hotel was off (May) it was not so hot but on the 3rd floor (close to the roof) the temperature in the room went up to 26C which is not so comfortable for sleeping. - During our stay there was a birthday party organized in the hotel -> loud music till 1AM (I was lucky that I did not have to work a day after) - Poor choice for breakfast but still tasty
Very clean and extremely professional.
The breakfast was a little disappointing.
they were supposed to drive us back the newt day but didnt far from capri itself
The hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. The room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning could have been better but it was adequate for our needs. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Some of the breakfast items such as bacon and scrambled eggs were not replenished (at least whole we were there for ~30 min). Bottled water was not provided in the room.
Location , Staff and Cleaning rooms
