The location is perfect. The ceiling frescoes mentioned in my guidebook and in another guest's review were absent from my room, which was rather small and rather noisy. Possibly the result of a policy shared by many hotels of putting women travelling alone in a rubbish room? The overall experience was extremely over-priced. |

It was very relaxing, spacious, spotless and well appointed. The car park was a little overcrowded and Via Roma could be noisy with the windows open but these should not be treated as complaints in any way. |

Cleanliness, the garden, location room was pretty small for a double (no 29 if I recall correctly); my bathroom was almost bigger than the room |

We stayed 30 minutes as were offered a dirty dark ground floor room by the car park on one side and the road on the other side yet had paid 162 euros per night. We walked around the city and found the excelent Albergo Cappella Unhelpful staff dirty room ( the rug in the ropm loked grubby so I turned it over and saw the original colour - disgustingly filthy) Room horrible. Sofa bed only for two children shared bathroom no privacy noisy from road and car park. We are normaly easy to please. Stayed in Paris é days earlier at excellent Villathena (also booked thru you) |

Our room was about 25X25 with an exquisite frescoe on the 18 foot ceiling. Many parts of the Palace are still very much intact with a grand stone staircase and chapel. The staff was excellent with hotel recommendations. The breakfast team was efficient and friendly. The furniture arrangement in our room was odd. I think that being such a large suare room made it difficult to furnish. However I am very happy that they haven't broken up the large Palacial rooms to ease the furnishing task. |

Staff was mostly kind and helpful. Room with ceiling frescos was overwhelming and spacious. Among hotel facilities you could have used cardio machines as well as price-included bikes, with which you could easily access beach site (8kms from hotel). Hotel is really close to center of the city. During breakfast, which was quite satisfactory, I did not like that waiter could not speak a word neither English nor German. Having run out of rolls they required roughly ten minutes to supply new ones and have not served cappuccino to breakfast. |

Location, comfortable rooms and facilities, however bathroom tends to be rather small. Very good breakfast! Too much noise when closing room's doors in the night. Noise from the ground floor area where gatherings are being organized is too loud in the rooms. |

We liked the clean and spacious rooms and the nice breakfast. Although the Hotel advertises itself being a castle hotel, we were put into normal residential appartments four blocks away from the castle building. They did not appologize at all. Staff was definetly unfriendly. |

For visiting Ravenna, the situation is perfect, being so central. It has calm, spaciousness and considerable beauty. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Yes, it would be nice to have facilities to make tea/coffee in one's room. And I like a bath in preference to a shower. |

we had stayed here before and were not disappointed (note, I confused the Torino in Parma with this hotel) both were excellent and would recommend them, both had excellent facilities. |

A wonderfully quiet hotel, very near major sites and transportation. The breakfast was more than ample and helped us to start our day well. |

I liked the building itself, especially the functional chapel. It was not too far from the train station, and close to the UNESCO monuments. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. Slept well. |

The architecture was different & interesting. Close to shops & restaurants. Be careful if driving as one road is for residents only & fines do apply. Courtyard parking is tight. |

The location is very convenient for visiting the old city. But the rooms are far for being equal in quality. Very noisy when facing the street. Overall the hotel does not correspond four stars quality. |
