Set in a 17th-century building, Casa Masoli is only 450 metres from Basilica of Saint Vitale and Mausoleum of Galla Placidia’s Byzantine mosaics.

The Astoria is located on the edge of the historic center of Ravenna just 1700 ft from the train station. Piazza del Popolo Square is a 10-minute walk away.
Score from 929 reviews Very good
The NH Ravenna is 650 ft from the train station and is close to Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo. It has free Wi-Fi throughout.
Score from 367 reviews Very good
Spacious, comfortable and clean room, very good bathroom, reliable wifi, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. On the edge of the historic centre of Ravenna, almost opposite Sant'Apollinare Nuovo and under ten minutes' walk to the railway station. Recommended.
Location close to centre town, staff very nice
tiny room difficult to move in two of to fit the luggage
Easy 3-4 block walk from the train station. A great value for all they offer. Wonderful breakfast, cozy courtyard and a superb value for the money. Good restaurant suggestions from the desk staff.
Wifi is very weak and often didn't work in the room without big interruptions. If you prefer it quieter to sleep ask for an inner room. Both streets it faces are busy. The only negative we experienced with the courtyard room was smoke coming into our room from those smoking outside in the courtyard. It would be nice if they didn't allow smoking in the courtyard but as so many guests probably smoke we doubt that would happen. We would still recommend and return to this lovely and comfortable hotel.
need refurbishing; staff could be more helpfull
Wonderful room for size, spaciousness and making you feel good. Would definitely stay again. Good staff at reception, helpful, no fuss. Good breakfast. Car parking a bonus. Excellent value too. Could not have asked for more.
Bathroom had a slight musty odour which may be due to moisture or damp somewhere under the floor, as some of the grout in the floor tiles have rust-coloured stains. But otherwise clean and quite acceptable. Not a problem in the overall.
*great location! Central to all great UNESCO buildings *fantastic breakfast with so very many choices *clean and modern bathroom facilities *very reasonable price *very helpful staff *wi.fi good
The room was nothing like what they promote. Room was run down, bathroom poor with an unbearable stench which they claimed to know nothing about. Room is promoted as having air conditioning but they switch it off of an evening which forces you to open the windows and given its in the city centre you get very little sleep. If you mention it to them they claim it was an error yet complaints on the internet go back years on the fact they switch the internet off to increase their margin.
We stayed in a spacious, comfortable apartment outside of hotel. Location excellent and hotel provided free bicycles which we used to visit the Unesco sites around the city.
Very nice room with frescoes on the ceiling, clean with a lot of space and very good breakfast.
Personal was not that polite and helpful.
Good fir sleep and for breakfast. Brilliant for convenience to the attractions of Ravenna and it has car parking!
The receptionist was the only member of staff on at night. That meant running reception and the bar. I got stuck in the lift and had to be released by a fellow guest.
Perfect perfect perfect
Location -- close to antique center but walkable from train station Breakfast room staff quite attentive Expansive public rooms/spaces
Single rooms are rather small, though adequate
Wed reserved a double room, but we actually got an apartment-sized suite, with our own patio. That we got such a lovely room may be a quirk of scheduling, but we really enjoyed it. The WiFi generally worked fine. Among the best B&B breakfasts we have had in Italy over two weeks of travel - eggs, fresh fruit, etc.
Really typical italian hotel right next to one of ravennas main attractions. Wish we had more time there.
Staff Location Free bikes
The hotel is very busy at weekends and needs additional breakfast facilities to accommodate guests.
the bed was horrible
Very close to train station Very helpful staff (when they were not on phone) Gorgeous breakfast! Great atmosphere and cute little chapel inside. Good place to both work, relax and do sightseeing
Staff often on the phone and delays in answering questions at front desk.
Free bikes to rent, lovely staff, great location!
Bikes could use a bit of a service but they were free so silly to complain.
Central location. Easy to get around.
Very good location. Charming hotel. Excellent breakfast. Reception very friendly to organize parking space.
Our room was too close to the reception, and it became quite noisy in the early morning.
Really good breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit. Secure parking in site
Air conditioner in room stopped working at 2 am on a 38 degree day. Lady at reception was quite rude at check in. Didn't offer a map of city or provide any information about breakfast times etc.
Large room with high ceiling. Polite and helpful lady at the bar. Free car parking available.
Rather rude receptionist! We booked a quadruple room and were given a sofa bed as the double bed and it was incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast seemed a bit chaotic with the two staff members rushing about and struggling to keep up with the demand for coffees etc.
poor A/C in room, small TV
Excellent breakfast. Just across street from one or the churches on the mosaic tour. Nice public rooms and courtyard. Onsite parking. Reasonably priced.
Room noisy (street traffic and plumbing). Mosquito infested.
I'm sure we would have enjoyed ourselves there, but when we received a call that my husband's mother was critically ill, we had to leave after only 3 hours.
We were booked for two nights and were happy to pay for the first night since we had been in the room for 3 hours. The receptionist was nice enough to call her manager (owner?) and ask about a refund for the second night. He said no. I was too distraught and overwhelmed to argue, yet I felt the kind thing to do would have been to not charge us for the 2nd night. A little compassion goes a long way. Sorry but I can't recommend this hotel.
