This was an AMAZING apartment right next to the Duomo in Florence! I don't know how I managed to find this place and it was a very good value. We traveled with another couple and it was a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked and the staff very friendly and helpful!

Best location with 1st floor terrace overlooking the duomo... Couldn't be better. Very traditional apartments, tall ceilings, old wooden cabinets.

Tv channels limited in English, but with a city like that, why need tv? Just keeps kids busy with a English children's channel.

Amazing location right across from the Duomo. Central to Academia Museum and the Ufizzi Gallery. 10 minute walk to the main train station - steps need to be negotiated with luggage to get to/from the station.

Beds were the least comfortable of our EU stay but still OK. Can get noisy if overlooking the square. And remember this is an apartment so there are limited supplies.

The beautiful old world charm, ceiling frescos. Views from the window, easy access to places around the duomo.

The location with a view of Duomo is superb. The room (we stayed in "Leonardo") is spacious and has everything you may need. Our special thanks to Marco and other people at the reception who were very friendly and helpful

Everything was perfect

Amazing. You will not find a better position, or better rooms, certainly at this price. If you are going to Florence, don't even look anywhere else. We didn't need to take a bag anywhere as we could go back for a drink/ toilet/ sit down. Staff were so helpful. Easy to find. We could go to things early/ late and avoid the queues. NB It overlooks the main square and the Duomo, so expect bells ringing and the noise of crowds.

I loved how friendly the staff was when we arrived. They helped us with the city, the rooms, etc. They were just really friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect for us because we only had one afternoon and evening in Florence. You couldn't be closer to the main attractions.

As we arrived, a friendly receptionist, Nora, welcomes us with a smile. A beautiful clean apartment. It's a walk away of all the attractions. We had a great stay in Firenze! Will definitely stay here again!

The location is great, just a few feet from Duomo. We got a two bedroom apartment, since one of the rooms has a great view to the Duomo, wedecided to have breakfast there. Also dinner, we got the food from an italian restaurant, family owned, three of four doors down. The staff is very cooperative.

Getting there may be cumbersome if you are not aware how close it is to the Duomo. Have Marco send you directions in advance.

A very cosy place in the most amazing location in Firenze. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs and good touristic advises. The place has everything a family with a little baby needs! Baby crib was provided to us upon request in advance. It was hot and clean!

The elevator is VERY small and it is impossible to take a baby stroller up to your room, but we could leave it at the entrance and use it when needed.

The smell of the fresh sheets and linen every day! The hotel staff were so helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary wine and olive oil. The location!!!

That the doors were closed when we had all our luggage out the front and I had no clue what to do. I needed to dial a number to get in contact with staff.

Everything. Great location with a magnificent view over the duomo. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. They provided great recommendations and helped with making reservations. We can't recommend this place enough.

The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. Marco and the other front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Views and the apartment

The apartment was great, not just because of it's location - right at the corner of the Duomo - but also because of the great feel of the rooms, with high ceilings, very very spacious rooms (actually huge rooms - totally faithful to the name of the establishment). The two bathrooms were quaint and very comfortable (and spotlessly clean), Great living room and amenities of having your own kitchen.... A real must!! We ended up staying for 4 nights instead of the one night booked initially...

If we need to mention something... What was a bit challenging was getting access to the premises as we arrived very late from the airport (at around 22:45) and the reception desk was closed...

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful including the lovely 2 girls who cleaned our apartment.

The location was excellent but rather noisey at night from outside noise and sirens.
