Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite più bella che consiglio veramente a tutti. Eleganza e confort non mancano in un albergo che sa di antico e che si integra perfettamente nel conteso storico della città. Nessuno in particolare ma la colazione, pur eccellente, non ai livelli che che dovrebbero competere all'albergo. |

Het is een heel mooi luxe hotel, wat je wellicht niet gelijk aan de buitenkant ziet als je aankomt. Personeel super vriendelijk, we kregen een rondleiding door het prachtige gebouw. De spa is ook ontzettend mooi, je moet hier echter wel 20 euro voor betalen maar is de moeite waard. In het restaurant hebben we goed gedineerd en dit was gezien de luxe en kwaliteit goedkoop. Wij hadden een junior suite geboekt en kregen een upgrate naar een suite wat wij zeer op prijs hebben gesteld. Moeilijk te vinden met de auto, de gps brengt je niet helemaal naar boven bij de kerk. Wij hebben toen dat stukje gelopen en met tekst en uitleg van het hotel zijn we er later gekomen. Parkeren wordt daarna voor je gedaan maar kost wel 20 euro per dag. Het ontbijt is wellicht te summier voor niet-Italianen. Alles wat er stond was van zeer goede kwaliteit maar te veel zoetigheid. Echter je kon wel vragen of ze iets voor je konden maken. Wij miste bv. Toast en dat kregen we zonder extra kosten. |

Das Hotel hat eine Parkgarage etwas weiter weg vom Hotel der Preis ist mit 15 Euro in diesem kleinen Ort eher hoch, stoerend ist, dass eine Extrapreis von 5 Euro plus verlangt wird, wenn man das Auto nicht selber in die Garage bringt. Zu bemerken ist, dass das Auffinden in diesen kleinen verwinkelten Staedten ein Abenteuer fuer sich ist. Eine solche Dienstleistung gehoert einfach kostenlos zu einem 5 Stern Hotel.Dass man zuerst reklamieren muss, ein Zimmer mit Aussicht zu erhalten, obwohl das Hotel nicht besetzt ist ist stossend. |

La cortesia, l'ubicazione, ottima la cucina del ristorante, anche se con scelta limitata, squisita la gentilezza dei camerieri in camere così belle la mancanza di uno specchio a figura intera è proprio incredibile, rimediate immediatamente, i clienti ve ne saranno grati! I profumatori liquidi negli armadi, pur molto gradevoli, non sono molto adatti, a volte si possono rovesciare. |

La suite e' stupenda, il personale e' gentilissimo e l'hotel e' probabilmente il piu' bello della citta' in una posizione comodissima per visitare tutto a piedi. A mio avviso la colazione non offre un'ampia varieta' di prodotti in confronto con il lusso dell'hotel. Pero' e' tutto molto buono come qualita'. |

Sehr schönes, vor ungefähr 4 Monaten eröffnetes Luxus-Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Matera mit toller Aussicht auf die Sassi. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, bei der Renovierung des Palazzos hat der Chef der italienischen Ausgabe der Architekturzeitschrift "AD" mitgewirkt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. |
