Personale cortese, tutto bene ma serve attenzione per le richieste avanzate in fase di prenotazione. Preciso che questa mancanza di attenzione si verifica molto di frequente: serve una idonea tutela del clienti del Booking che devono poter essere liberi di far valere le proprie ragioni anche a tempi di disdetta gratuita scaduti. La posizione ottima 20 metri la piazza principale hotel tutto in marmo bianco curato

E' eccellente per la posizione nella citta' , si trova in un punto strategico per visitare tutta sorrento vicinissimo al porto per I traghetti per capri ed ischia veramente da consigliare solo la colazione la mattina dovrebbe essere un po' piu' abbondante ma il resto e' tutto ottimo.

La posizione è ottima per visitare sorrento, la terrazza sul tetto offre uno splendido panorama, l'arredamento delle camere è curato nei minimi dettagli.

Il buffet della colazione non è particolarmente ricco, le camere sono un pò piccole.

Clean, good service, friendly staff, good location

Poor internet service

A quiet location but just off the main busy square and close to resturants and other facilities. Very close to ferries to various islands and other mainland towns.Also very handy as an alternative to Naples for easy access to Pompei and Herculaneum via a short and inexpensive train ride. Staff at the hotel were helpful and attentive . The breakfast was substantial and ok and was included in the price for us. Probably could be improved within present price structure by nicer bead and coffee. Overall a good choice if you are not bothered about a sea view.The room and bathroom good quality,comfortable and clean ( although the sea and port are only a few minutes away ) . Very good value and would stay again.

Just a slightly improved breakfast with better quality bread. Juice and and coffee would have made it just that little bit better.

Large modern room and bath. Very comfortable. Great breakfast selection and service. The desk staff was also very helpful; set up side trip to the Amalfi coast and answered many questions. Also, the hotel is just 50 yards off of the Sorrento main square and 250 yards (walkable) from the train station. After a few days in Rome, this was great.

Very clean & Comfortable rooms. Nice small hotel. Not a bargain, but I think you get good value for money. Parking & Wi-fi are extra.

Difficult to find & traffic in Sorrento is horrible. Not the hotels fault, but makes driving to the hotel a pain. However a nice very central hotel. Out of season the roof terrace is very quiet. The surrounding restaurants are great & the breakfast was very tasty & filling.

Boutique real 4 Star Hotel.Very Friuendly staff. Excellent demeanor. Nice breakfast.

The location of the hotel was excellent being close to the main square and restaurants/bars, however down a side street so less busy. No views only a small step out balcony to overlook the cobbled laneway. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and a reasonable size. The hotel reception and room decor were also very nice. Staff were friendly and willing to help at all times and the breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection.

We were allocated a room on the 1st floor despite confirmation being for a 2nd floor room. A restaurant was located directly underneath our room and we could clearly hear the preparation of meals ie continual banging of scallopine etc, and washing of dishes along with music playing and staff talking loudly in the kitchen areas. This was until 11pm when we complained to reception on both nights. The noise reduced soon after our complaint. On our first night we tried asking for another room on higher floor but were advised the hotel was fully booked for the 2nd night. This was the only problem with this hotel as it persisted on both nights. Would recomend this hotel but only if staying on 2nd floor or higher.
