Literally minutes walk from the pantheon and walkable to everywhere else Apartment/ hotel was quiet and informal - like being in our own flat for the weekend
Shower cubicle was a bit small but perfectly adequate
The apartment t was very lovely! Rooms were much larger than we expected and the apartment had everything we needed. Location was central & safe and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Have breakfast included was also a great bonus.
Only criticism is that the "lounge" area is very small considering the rooms were so large. Kitchen was also quite little but I guess you expect this in Rome. This didn't affect us however as the apartment itself was so lovely, clean & had everything we needed.
Close to everywhere. Jenifer very sweet and helpful. Nice accommodation. Very old Rome feel.
Staff was super helpful and friendly (printied out venue tickets for us, supplied us with stamps for our postcards last minute), restaurant was awesome (best cacio and pepe pasta that we tried in Rome and we tried alot....was the only thing picky kids would order)!!
Great location for tourism, half way between Vatican, Colosseum. We managed to walk most places, even in the heat of August. If it had been cooler, we could have walked to Vatican, Colosseum, Galleria Borghese. Great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Air con worked well - crucial in August! Apartments were ideal with 2 beds and kitchenette and tiny "living room" area. Kids very happy that when the cable TV was showing programmes dubbed from English you could select on the remote to have the original English. Wifi worked well. Breakfasts were good. Staff helpful and friendly.
Showers were weak and temperature fluctuated.
Everything was outstanding. They even gave you slippers, and a fab goodie bag of smellies. The breakfast was lovely, staff friendly, best location to walk to all the major attractions. Just outstanding in every way.
Super comfy lovely staff.
Brilliant quiet location right in the middle of everything. Lovely helpful staff. Everywhere is walkable. Thoroughly recommended.
Great location, nicely decorated room
Inflexibility with check in time
Good location. The staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast. The toilets.
It wasn't very notorious when I did the reservation that the room I book wasn't without window. In other hotels it appears in the headline like "standard room with no window", as it does when it has a balcony or view... In this case it just appears in the end of the description that I didn't read. But anyway it was a very nice room and all the rest was great! I'll recommended definitely
Location, Location, Location, Very friendly staff, Lovely breakfast Clean towels and sheets no noise great area for restaurants very helpful
The Mattress was a little old and lumpy
I love the central location to all the icons of Rome. Close to transport, restaurants specialising in local cuisine, and museums.close to markets in Campo Del Fiori, street stalls and label boutiques offering value for money.
Only on thing which I did not like was the location of my beautiful room on first floor capturing noisy revellers until the early hours during some nights of our stay.
Excellent property with knowledgeable, friendly , helpful staff.
Beautiful hotel!! In the perfect location of Rome.. Staff were helpful, breakfast was tasty and coffee was excellent. We had transport organised for our departure which was awesome!
Not much to fault at all!
Nothing! Suitable for everyone
Central location you can walk to everything. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful and good size apartments. Definitely value for money as close to shops, restaurants, cafés and monuments.
Room was clean and spacious, modern looking This room had no window (which we knew upon booking), this was not a problem as we were out all day anyway. fridge and coffee making facility in our room, There was also a small communal kitchen in the hallway.
nothing to dislike
The two bedroom apartment was ideal for us as we were travelling with our 21 year old son. We even had our own bathrooms. It was lovely to have continental breakfast provided with delicious Italian coffee and fresh jam croissants to start the day. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to be able walk everywhere and then come back to a cool, air conditioned apartment.
Very friendly staff. The location is perfect, very near busy Piazza Navona but in a quiet street. Breakfast was good.
We had a room without windows, but apparently this is not uncommon in this part of Rome. And as we spent a lot of time outdoors, it was not so bad to have a calm and quiet room to come back to.
The ambience and the hoe we had before our stay in terms of restaurant recommendations, taxi's was second to none. Will definitely be back!
One of the best locations to get. Nice neighbourhood near the Piazza Navona Nice restaurants very near the hotel
Great room / apartment but the the mattress of the bed was very bad
We loved the staff - Daniella and manager Jenifer so helpful. Amazing location. Beautiful rooms.
Breakfast ok but not great. Would have liked more fruit and fresh bread or savory croissants (not fruit filled).
loved the location...actually closer to Piazza Navona than Campo di Fiori, but perfect for getting around Rome on foot
The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. We got excellent value for money and would definitely stay there again.
Everything. Extremelly helpfull staff, Jeniffer and Daniella.
