Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Beste Lage in ruhiger Seitengasse. Frühstück sehr gut im tollen Speisesaal. Ein wenig hellhörig. |

Die Leute am Rezeption. Sehr kleines Fenster. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Kein Platz in Lobby zu sitzen. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Frühstück "below average". |

Zentrale Lage. Saubere, toll eingerichtete Zimmer. Leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse. Wenn man etwas später zum Frühstück geht, sind manche Sachen schon alle und werden nicht mehr nachgelegt. |

Sehr ruhige, zentrale Lage .Zimmer besonders stilvoll, genug Polster zum Knotzen auf dem Bett.Frühstücksraum wunderschöner, venezianischer Palazzoraum, Frühstück großzügig mit Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen ( 1 Kuchenangebot), ausgezeichnetes Teesortiment, Empfang sehr freundlich und bemüht, Klimaanlage ausreichend kühlend und leise. Zuwenig englische und deutsche Fernsehsender, wunderschöner Innenhof leider nicht benutzbar , da Hotel erst seit Juli eröffnet ist und noch keine Terassenmnöbel hatte.( Ab nächstem Kalenderjahr erst fertig) Lounge auch noch unfertig möbiliert, so war es nicht möglich außerhalb des Zimmers Zeit zu verbringen. Wärmeplatte beim Frühstück hat leider nicht ausgereicht, um Eierspeise richtig warm zu halten. |

Die Zimmer waren originell und sehr sauber. Die Angestellten sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es herrschte eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphaere. Das Fruehstuecksbueffet war reichhaltig und gut. Das Zimmer haette etwas groesser sein koennen. |

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very accomodating. Free internet was a plus and everything was within walking distance. Although there is a dock the water taxi cannot always come to it due to high tides etc. A place to set things in the bathroom and drawers in the bedroom would be nice. Most hot breakfast items were gone by 9:00 AM when we got to breakfast. |

It was our wedding anniversary and my husband commented about this when we arrived at the hotel ten minutes later the receptionist arrived with a bottle of champagne and cakes,which we thought was a very nice gesture. As this is a new hotel our only comment is at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of certain things on the buffet breakfast, my opinion is you have to be up early to get a proper breakfast as by 9-30 the buffet is sparse.i do not have any reason to make complaints about this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay.For the rate we paid it was excellent value. |

It was very central and close to all the sights. We found it very luxurious as we received an upgrade to a junior suite!. The staff were very helpful, friendly and very accomadating. It would be better if there was a bar in the hotel. |

This hotel was lovely, I would recommend it to others looking for a romantic experience. The room was on the small side but had a romantic feel about it so the size was overlooked. The breakfast was fantastic, a prefect way to start the day. Location wise, it isnt far from water bus facilities or major attractions. We found it hard to find from a map we were given so I suggest contacting them for directions. |

Since we arrived to the hotel and were asked for our passports, they found out it was the day of my husband's and my birthday. They immediately sent a bottle of champagne and hors d'erves to our room. the young lady at the reception helped us with all of our reservations and was extremely nice. We had such a hard time finding the hotel, it doesn't even have a sign with the hotel name at all, but believe me....now that we know where it is, we will definetly go back to the same place, we loved it!! |

Excellent staff and overall service, the continental breakfast included good quality cold meats, cheeses and pastries. Quiet location with good local restaurants within 2-3 mins walk (ask reception for recommendations and directions) and only 10-12 mins walk to St Marks Sq. and the Rialto Bridge Room was rather small considering it was a Superior although the decoration was of a very high standard. |
