Since we arrived to the hotel and were asked for our passports, they found out it was the day of my husband's and my birthday. They immediately sent a bottle of champagne and hors d'erves to our room. the young lady at the reception helped us with all of our reservations and was extremely nice. We had such a hard time finding the hotel, it doesn't even have a sign with the hotel name at all, but believe me....now that we know where it is, we will definetly go back to the same place, we loved it!! |

Excellent staff and overall service, the continental breakfast included good quality cold meats, cheeses and pastries. Quiet location with good local restaurants within 2-3 mins walk (ask reception for recommendations and directions) and only 10-12 mins walk to St Marks Sq. and the Rialto Bridge Room was rather small considering it was a Superior although the decoration was of a very high standard. |

I was very impressed of all Hotel facilities and very good service. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is better than other italian Hotels, with a good variety of food, even for children. The personal was helpful. It is a new Hotel in Venice, ...it worth ! |

Charming venetian palace in the heart of Serenissima. The room is small but very clean and stylish. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and nice. |

Very dissapointing experience, reservation not respected and option was to use a suite and then change room, trip was planned many weeks in advance and 4 rooms were booked. |

I was very pleased with how helpful the staff was in helping me with theatre tickets and they answered all of the many questions. Nicola was especially helpful to me. There could have been a little more variety in the buffet breakfast, it was very nice but a few different things would have been welcome. I stayed more days in Venice then the average traveler. |

Staff were efficient and helpful although there was a problem with our room initially. yes , the hotel should have a clear sign outside as the hotel is difficult to find and the hotel road? number should be lit. |

The woman who served breakfast most days was extremely good at her job. The staff were all helpful. The location was excellent. Breakfast was good. I liked the decoration. No seats on the terrace to sit on, although the terrace is advertised. likewise with the lounge (there are some hard chairs dotted around, but this is nnot ma lounge. There is nowhere to sit in this hotel). My bedroom was, for me, very uncomfortable. The air-conditioning was not strong enough and the windows too small to let air in. I could not sleep and in wasn't even August! There are not enough places to put belongings, e.g. bedside table is too small, no shelves in bedroom. |

Very centrally located, good breakfast and a nice and relaxed atmisphere. There was no ironing-service at the hotel, but the staff where helpfoul and ironed my shirts. |

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean room but so tiny could hardly move in it! Impossible to find. No bar or room service. Expensive for what you get. |

The staff were very helpful, welcoming and courteous. My room was very clean and had a high standard of decor. The bathroom facilities were very good. The breakfast offered a good choice including fresh fruit. The hotel was conveniently located for the waterbus and city attractions and facilities. The directions from public transport to the hotel need to be clearer. I would have liked more shelf space in the bathroom and flat surfaces in the bedroom to put toiletries etc. |

Good location, lovely room & decor. Friendly staff. New Lounge area was uncomfortable. Nice courtyard but nowhere to sit outside. Hotel is new and still being developed. |
