De locatie was uitstekend, midden in Venetie. Het pand is erg mooi. Er zijn nauwelijks faciliteiten, maar veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Jammer is dat er geen drankjes kunnen worden gekocht, maar dat is oplosbaar door zelf iets in te slaan. De ontbijtservice op de kamer liet te wensen over, er werd niet goed gekeken naar de aanvraag. Het was steeds een verassing wat we kregen. Dat had overigens ook zijn charme. |

Wij werden in het kleinste kamertje geplaatst. 3,5 bij 3,8 meter. Geen plaats voor koffers en nauwelijks ruimte voor twee personen, naast het grote bed. |

Goede ligging, zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel, de juniorsuite en bijhorende badkamer is ruim. Het ontbijtbuffet viel ook best mee. |

Fantastisch centraal gelegen en bovendien zeer rustig. Erg vriendelijk en attent personeel dat zich voortdurend inzet voor de gasten. Vooraf goede informatie gekregen over bereikbaarheid van het hotel. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt in een mooie zaal. Regendouche. Zeer kleine badkamer en technische mankementjes: geen ventilator in de badkamer, elektronische kaart werkte niet onmiddellijk, niet echt een mooi uitzicht in de kamer.Jammer dat er geen loungebar was. |

Rustig hotel. Schitterend gerestaureerde en ingerichte kamers en ontbijtzaal. Vriendelijke ontvangst.Zeer verzorgd ontbijt. Onze kamer was aan de kleine kant. |

Schone kamers, luxe uitstraling, vriendelijk personeel. Nog enkele kinderziekten (hotel was pas week open): ontbijt op zondag was erg karig doordat veel spullen op waren. Terras en louncheroom waren nog niet ingericht. |

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very accomodating. Free internet was a plus and everything was within walking distance. Although there is a dock the water taxi cannot always come to it due to high tides etc. A place to set things in the bathroom and drawers in the bedroom would be nice. Most hot breakfast items were gone by 9:00 AM when we got to breakfast. |

It was our wedding anniversary and my husband commented about this when we arrived at the hotel ten minutes later the receptionist arrived with a bottle of champagne and cakes,which we thought was a very nice gesture. As this is a new hotel our only comment is at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of certain things on the buffet breakfast, my opinion is you have to be up early to get a proper breakfast as by 9-30 the buffet is sparse.i do not have any reason to make complaints about this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay.For the rate we paid it was excellent value. |

It was very central and close to all the sights. We found it very luxurious as we received an upgrade to a junior suite!. The staff were very helpful, friendly and very accomadating. It would be better if there was a bar in the hotel. |

This hotel was lovely, I would recommend it to others looking for a romantic experience. The room was on the small side but had a romantic feel about it so the size was overlooked. The breakfast was fantastic, a prefect way to start the day. Location wise, it isnt far from water bus facilities or major attractions. We found it hard to find from a map we were given so I suggest contacting them for directions. |

Since we arrived to the hotel and were asked for our passports, they found out it was the day of my husband's and my birthday. They immediately sent a bottle of champagne and hors d'erves to our room. the young lady at the reception helped us with all of our reservations and was extremely nice. We had such a hard time finding the hotel, it doesn't even have a sign with the hotel name at all, but believe me....now that we know where it is, we will definetly go back to the same place, we loved it!! |

Excellent staff and overall service, the continental breakfast included good quality cold meats, cheeses and pastries. Quiet location with good local restaurants within 2-3 mins walk (ask reception for recommendations and directions) and only 10-12 mins walk to St Marks Sq. and the Rialto Bridge Room was rather small considering it was a Superior although the decoration was of a very high standard. |

I was very impressed of all Hotel facilities and very good service. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is better than other italian Hotels, with a good variety of food, even for children. The personal was helpful. It is a new Hotel in Venice, ...it worth ! |

Charming venetian palace in the heart of Serenissima. The room is small but very clean and stylish. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and nice. |
