Location was in the town area. Nice breakfast buffet.
Air conditioning did not work well. A lot of noise. Wi-Fi not reliable. Computer in lobby did not work well.
Amazing location. Lovely building. Spacious, clean room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.
The matress wasn't to my particular liking. The shower was tiny, but it is an Italian rule, it seems.
Very comfortable with a very helpful staff and one of the best restaurants in town, Zeppelin, right outside the entrance. No hesitation recommending this hotel.
A little trouble with our AC but they switched our room promptly
location and atmosphere of a renovated old palace
shower was not very comfortable
Great location and rooms! Excellent :)
The palace is a beautiful building. Quickest check in ever known! Reallly good restaurant in the Piazza in front. Within city walls so can walk around easily. Staff were very friendly.
We had a standard room which are on the top floor so have low ceilings and are small rooms. This meant although the Palace is impressive your room is not. Probably worth paying for better room if possible.
everything. it was quiet. There is a nice restaurant near by. the elevator took you down hill right close by. the bed was comfortable and i like the washroom.
Do it: it is a wonderful place to go
Very nice hotel in the very centre of the city with nice interior, food and staff.
WiFi was not working in our room as well as our cell phones (Wind). Overpriced.
showers were a bit small
I loved the location and the style and space at the Hotel Palazzo Piccolomini. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel and our room were very clean, and the elevator was very convenient. This is my second stay there. The first time I stayed in a suite in an adjacent building that was very spacious and beautiful.
Our room was a bit small with a tiny window that looked out only on rooftops and the shower in the bathroom was as small as a shower can be and still function. The air conditioning didn't work very well.
Good location in town, great breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows.
Staff at hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient, yet a bit away from a lot of the tourist traffic.
Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic.
Good service, easy location
Breakfast- choice limited and fruit availability diminished through week
The location cannot be beat, right near the center of town and the Duomo. The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms and views were lovely. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was our second stay there, and not our last!
Not really thrilled with Palermo.
Said it was a suite, but the second room was up a very narrow staircase and was never used. TV was in the bedroom.
Very clean room, quiet location. Useful information about the town in the booklet that was in the room.
The breakfast was below the standard that you'd expect from a four star hotel. The room wasn't very cozy. Service of the staff was a little bit stiff.
the people who work in this hotel are very accommodating and kind. the breakfast is very good, and the room for this is gorgeous.
by american standards, the bed was not as comfortable as it should have been.
The service, hospitality, breakfeast, room, location, everything. They are a great place to stay.
I was travelling alone and as soon I got to the reception I felt very welcome. The room was nice and cleen and the breakfast was good. The location is perfect.
It's a very comfortable hotel within the beautiful walled town of Orvieto. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the room was quiet. I think the structure is a converted 16th century palazzo. Parking was available at a nearby lot.
It's at the western end of town. Most sights and many good restaurants are within a 10 minute walk, but a few near the eastern end are a bit of a hike. Parking cost 10 euro extra.
