Small friendly family run hotel. Excellent food and very helpful staff. Rooms with balconies and views of Vesuvius and the sea.

Wifi was variable and the area has a low mobile signal strength

It has very modern, well decorated rooms and is a very smart Hotel The food was good and was priced averagely - but there is a much better local restaurant just up the road. Views are fabulous and it could be a top quality hotel - but be warned , it isnt there yet

This ought to be a really good hotel, it has all the potential. But it isnt. It most certainly is not 4 star We had problems with the plumbing that were not resolved - they did offer us another room on the second of a 2 night stay for a different reason but it would have been a pain to move. There was no hot water on the third morning Staff seemed very keen to help but in my opinion lack experience (I travel a lot for business). I negotiated a discount with junior front desk staff (senior manager absent) but if it was uk I would have demanded a refund This hotel is very poorly managed - think Basil Fawlty & you've pretty much got it. You will need a car - its off the beaten track. Not reccomended

The hotel is very clean, well located to visit the vesuivio, herculanum and Pompei, the food is very simple yet absolutely excellent.

The immediate surroundings, for which the hotel is not responsible: dirty, as if each road was meant to be a garbage deposit. The hotel itself is very clean!, The water of the swimming pool: too much chlorine, very bad taste in the mouth. A strange impression that there was nobody in those 4 star hotels in the area.

Extremely helpful staff, clean rooms ith good facilities, great breakfast.

Our room had a very weak wifi signal and as usual in twin rooms here in italy the single beds are too small.

Sa situation centrale par rapport à naples, le Vésuve, Pompéi, Capri, etc., à condition cependant de dosposer d'une voiture.

Absence de vrai jus d'orange au petit déjeuner alors que les orangers dans le jardin sont remplis d'orange. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrace n'a été possible qu'après avoir insisté.

La Situation proche de Pompei et du Vésuve, les vues excellentes et le calme.

La déco de la chambre "à l’italienne" (gros rideaux et tissus) fait que la chambre est assez poussiéreuse. Le décodeur de la télévision ne marchait pas comme il faut et on nous a dit que c'était du au vent alors que sans vent ça ne marchait pas non plus correctement...

Excelente localización, vista espectacular, personal atento.

Hotel très calme, personnel attentif et agréable, aux petits soins. Idéalement situé pour visiter Naples, le Vésuve, Pompéi, côte Amalfitaine... Piscine bien aménagée (transats, parasols) Je recommande vraiment cet hotel loin de l'effervescence napolitaine!

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux

Nous avons tout aimé au Palazzo Rosenthal Vesuview Hotel & Resort. La chambre était spacieuse, et la vue est à couper le souffle : le Vésuve d'un côté et la mer (au loin) d'un autre côté. Le personnel était au petit soin, et le patron, très présent et attentif aux désirs des clients. L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situés : à quelques minutes de cites historiques, comme la ville de Pompei; la villle de Naples et la côte amalfitaine ne sont pas loin non plus. Nous retournerons très certainement en Italie, et séjournerons sûrement au Palazzo Rosenthal.

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Fuße des Vesuvs .Zimmer geräumig, sauber und mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Vulkan und die Bucht von Neapel. Aussenanlagen sehr gepflegt ,das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommrnend. Jederzeit wieder.

Prima hotel voor excusies en kort verblijf

Het eten is bijzonder slecht. geen verse ingredienten. We zijn zelfs ziek geworden. We hebben geklaard over de slechte kwalitiet en de extreme duur prijzen. De "directeur" liet zich niet meer zien. Ronduit schandalig!!
