Palazzo Rosenthal Vesuview Hotel & Resort  

It has very modern, well decorated rooms and is a very smart Hotel The food was good and was priced averagely - but there is a much better local restaurant just up the road. Views are fabulous and it could be a top quality hotel - but be warned , it isnt there yet

This ought to be a really good hotel, it has all the potential. But it isnt. It most certainly is not 4 star We had problems with the plumbing that were not resolved - they did offer us another room on the second of a 2 night stay for a different reason but it would have been a pain to move. There was no hot water on the third morning Staff seemed very keen to help but in my opinion lack experience (I travel a lot for business). I negotiated a discount with junior front desk staff (senior manager absent) but if it was uk I would have demanded a refund This hotel is very poorly managed - think Basil Fawlty & you've pretty much got it. You will need a car - its off the beaten track. Not reccomended

The hotel is very clean, well located to visit the vesuivio, herculanum and Pompei, the food is very simple yet absolutely excellent.

The immediate surroundings, for which the hotel is not responsible: dirty, as if each road was meant to be a garbage deposit. The hotel itself is very clean!, The water of the swimming pool: too much chlorine, very bad taste in the mouth. A strange impression that there was nobody in those 4 star hotels in the area.

The finest Hotel ever! We were very satisfied with the comfort of the rooms and stuff. Sehr gutes Hotel, sauber, große Zimmer, nettes Personal, gute Küche. Molto bene! Grazie!

Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent location

Quiet place, swimming pool. Close to Pompei ruins. Got married there with the best girl ever.

Persönliche Betreuung, freundliches Service, sauberes Zimmer, schöne Lage - Ausblick auf den Vesuv und auf die Küste, Swimmingpool mit ausreichend Liegen, große Terrasse, kostenfreier Parkplatz. Auf Wunsch auch Abendessen möglich - geringe Auswahl, aber sehr gut.

Hotel ohne Auto etwas mühsam zu erreichen bzw. Die kulturellen Stätten zu besuchen. Kann aber vom Hotelmanagement organisiert werden.

La struttura nuova e pulita! La posizione defilata e tranquilla, con vista tra mare e Vesuvio .

Colazione di scarsa qualità e con brioches possa! In bagno un solo asciugamano . Nei dintorni dell'albergo una natura molto bella, ma rovinata da una distesa continua di spazzatura!

Bra hotel för pengarna. Vi bodde på tredje våningen med fin utsikt mot Vesuvius. Rent och snyggt.

Personalen. Det står att det finns resturang men den var inte öppen. Vet ej varför.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ideale Lage um Pompei und Herculaneum zu besuchen und den Vesuv zu besteigen. Ausgezeichnetes a la Carte Essen!! Geräumige Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Zu verbessern ist lediglich die Duschabdichtung, aber das trifft mehr das Zimmermädchen.

La situació privilegiada, l'atenció al client (cal dir que hi havia molt poca gent), les instal.lacions I la relació qualitat preu.

Camera ben arredata. Colazione di qualità Stupenda vista sul Vesuvio e sul golfo di Napoli. Staff cortese e disponibile. Ottima posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni turistiche della Campania.

Poca scelta per la colazione. Parcheggio in costruzione nel periodo di soggiorno.

Hotel ideal para ir con coche y recorrer todos los sitios arquelógicos, Napoles, Caserta, Capri, Costa Amalfitana, etc. Situado a menos de 2 km de la autopista esta en un lugar muy tranquilo lejos de la vorágine y la suciedad de Nápoles y se llega enseguida a cualquier sitio. 15 habitaciones muy amplias y todas con unas vistas espectaculares al Vesubio y a la bahia de Napoles en una terraza que hace esquina. El personal muy amable y posibilidad de relajarse en una bonita piscina en la que estas totalmente solo. Despues de estar 7 noches creo que es totalmente recomendable, si se puede coger al precio oferta que yo pillé (100 € / noche desayuno incl.), siempre para el plan en que yo fui (nada de buscar "marcha o similar")

Desayuno un poco escaso, aunque digno. Buena comida, pero algo cara. No es facil encontrar sitios para comer por los alrededores, los pueblos mas cercanos son algo cutres (hay algo en la playa de Torre del Greco), pero si a la vuelta de las visitas pasais por un super, es un lujo cenar en la terraza de la habitación con la vista nocturna de la bahia de Nápoles, isla de Capri, etc... Tienen un pequeño problema con la estanqueidad de las mamparas de las duchas, pero comparado con las ventajas del hotel, no le doy mucha importancia.

Nous avons tout aimé au Palazzo Rosenthal Vesuview Hotel & Resort. La chambre était spacieuse, et la vue est à couper le souffle : le Vésuve d'un côté et la mer (au loin) d'un autre côté. Le personnel était au petit soin, et le patron, très présent et attentif aux désirs des clients. L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situés : à quelques minutes de cites historiques, comme la ville de Pompei; la villle de Naples et la côte amalfitaine ne sont pas loin non plus. Nous retournerons très certainement en Italie, et séjournerons sûrement au Palazzo Rosenthal.
