We were so pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Found Palazzo on Internet. Lived up to our expectations and beyond. Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, completely renovated in subtle elegance. Quiet and refined. Very well located. We were sad to leave!

The accommodations and the staff were fabulous. We used the hotel as our base to do day trips to neighboring towns. I can't say enough about the staff, especially the front desk folks. We would not hesitate to stay there on any future trips.

Beautiful location in the old part of the town just behind an old gateway. You enter into another world behind the facade of the hotel ; marble halls, nice carpets, welcoming atmosphere. Very nice reception personnel. The room was also very big which was really nice if you stay a week. Breakfast was with a wide choice of food and as Easter even with a treat of Easter cakes ! Nice wellness facilities as well. Parking is no problem as there is a big parking lot available just outside the street of the hotel. A lot of small and very good restaurants in the old town.

A lovely hotel set in a beautiful location.... It was quiet and the view was great... The rooms were always clean.... The staff did not have name tags.. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was dishevelled and untidy.. We were not greeted by our names.. We were not advised on any local hotspots and restaurants..

The modern look and feel and cleanliness Location and view. Room looked into windows of another building across the street. Finding it was tricky and finding a spot to stop long enough to unload bags even trickier. They should have a big sign over door announcing who they are and how to get their help with bags and how to find parking.

This is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure in staying in. The staff are great and polite. If you can't speak italian it isn't a problem as they all speak english. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is abundant, there really isn't anything that I can complain about, will definately stay there again and will recommend to anyone staying in that area.

It's a good hotel in the middle of Toscana's region, in a small village. The situation allowes you to visit others nice villages close to Colle di Val d'Elsa and, by other hand, there is only an hour to Florence by highway. It's perfect to enjoy of the quietly and the nature. The personal of the hotel is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is correct and our room, it was a superior, had and whirlpool and a comfortable bed. You can park free near the hotel.I Recommend you to go there because it's simply fantastic. We are a catalan couple and we spend there about three nights.

As of July 2011 the breakfast was magnificent especially as it was included in the room rate. The front desk ladies were the most helpful staff that we've come across in all of Italy!! Stay here - it's great. The free wi-fi is a wonderful feature but I struggled to keep a connection -lucky me - less work and more play!

Its location, it was well-centered near the middle of Tuscany. We stayed for 6 nights and took day trips to multiple Tuscan hill towns. Comfortable place to stay for that length of time and staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, but it was the same for 6 continuous days.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. It was especially nice to return in the evening to a quiet location, without many tourists and with a selection of good restaurants to dine at nearby. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection and was well presented.
