Rooms very comfortable, staff generally helpful and friendly. Nice contintental breakfast, opportunity to have breakfast outside in nice square. Close to some excellent restaurants. Lovely little town/village. Some of furnishings could be a bit better in design and in keeping with the style but this is really picky.

Hotel is nice when conneted to eletricity, otherwise hotel should buy generator ( we were without electricity two mornings). Anyhow It is nice experience, reminds me on Sarajevo during the war - not nice future for Chianti. This is joke - hotel is OK, staff even better. Regards !

Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was great. Nice shopping area. Parking was a little difficult. Internet only worked on the 2nd floor. No night life.

Awful!!!! Common areas were pretty bad! Bugs and not clean at all! Terrible! We left next morning and lost our 3nights money! Worst: the photos at the web are not the hotel's!!!!!

Very helpful, accommodating and friendly staff Matress in our room was very worn out, needs urgent replacement ! Parking inconvenient and too far from hotel, also very hard to find.

Le site de la région "CHIANTI" est idéalement situé entre sienne et florence. Il présente de très beaux paysages préservés et au calme. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, servi à l'intérieur ou dans la cour quand le temps le permet. Le village étant interdit à la circulation des voitures il est très calme et contribue à rendre cet hotel très propre encore plus agréable. On peut regretter que certains des collaborateurs n'aient pas la notion de service attendu d'un établissement de ce standing. La connexion wi-fi n'était disponible que dans un espace très réduit et non adapté. Etait-ce conjoncturel ?

nous avions une chambre familiale pour 4 (suite), parfait : propre, charme de l'ancien, calme et situation au coeur de radda in chianti super. Un bon souvenir. Le plus la piscine intérieure très chaude les restos à Radda: un peu cher si l'on veut de la qualité sans rechercher le top (moyenne 40€ par personne)

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima colazione Lo staff della reception opera su due strutture. Siamo arrivati dopo le 23 e non siamo riusciti a contattarlo telefonicamente per info sul parcheggio. Abbiamo risolto la questione in maniera autonoma e rapidamente.

Belle demeure transformée en Hôtel. Excellent accueil de la part du personnel de l’Hôtel. Disponibilité d'une connexion wifi dans la chambre. Plusieurs services annexes inclus dans le prix (piscine intérieure chauffée, salle de Fitness, eau dans le minibar). Service de chambre à améliorer (verres à vins utilisés non remplacés le lendemain).

街の中心部、噴水のある広場に面したホテルは、とても親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ、美味しい朝食、素晴ら- しいローケーション、清潔で伝統的建築の館内等非の打ちどころ無く、1週間は滞在したい素晴らしいホテルで- す。 たしかに駐車場は遠いのですが、この街の美しい立地条件を考えれば当然の事で不便はありませんでした。
